Arrived to check-in for pre-paid, reserved room and was informed that they had no more rooms! Asst Manager acknowledged that this room was prepaid and reserved, but they “oversold” the hotel, stating it was common practice for their industry to oversell hotel rooms by 15% nightly. They sent us to another Hilton hotel, less costly for the night. Of course, we did not receive any refund for the night and they wasted one hour of my time that evening. Classic bait, switch practice. DO NOT trust this facility to honor any reservation!
