El servicio especimo y es mentira que dan desayuno no tiene q mentir a la gente 😡😡😡y me cobraro no se donde puedo pedir mi rembolso el hotel no se quiso aser cargo porque no serve con ellos necesito un número para reclamar mi dinero son casi $300 dólares q me están robando

Good, practical hotel.

I was given a key card to room 205 and was instructed that it was the very last building on the first floor. I pulled around back with my friend and upon us pulling around back we were greeted with a disgusting view of a broken down red truck that seemed to have been there for awhile and had a broken axle and one of the hotels couches that had just been thrown in front of the building and trash strewn across the parking lot. We thought maybe it won’t be as bad on the inside of the room. We then put the key card into the slot to open our door and we’re greeted with a bed that was not made and looks like it had just been slept in and we had booked a non smoking room and the room just reeked of cigarette smoke and mold. We proceeded further into the room to look at the bathroom when we found mold in the shower and dirty towels all throughout the bathroom. I then told my friends that we could not stay here all within a 5 minute span of us checking in because we did not feel safe in the room because the way the room looked felt like someone else may have had a key to our room and could walk in at any time. Not only did we not feel safe, the room was absolutely disgusting!! When going back to the front desk asking for a refund in which the man at the front desk told me would take 5-7 days and at that I told him was completely unacceptable the man at the front desk told me that was not his problem and good luck in finding another hotel. After which he slammed the door in my face!

The breakfast is a lie, it's just a cafe, it seems like people lived there, the receptionist's attention was horrible, the bathroom was disgusting, and the worst of all is that it says it is NOT for smoking and the room smelled of pure tobacco. I contacted support and they did nothing, if you see my message don't even think about staying here

El personal del Lobby muy buenas en lo demás toda una mala experiencia.Primero pedí en mi reserva una habitación para no Fumadores y al entrar el olor a cigarrillo era horrible tuve que pedir productos de limpieza para al menos quitar un poco el olor ya que no había nada disponible para moverme a otro Hotel.

The staff was amazing. I was not expecting all the rooms to be outside and front facing. As a woman staying there alone I didn’t feel safe. No real reinforcements for the door and there was only 1 window. Staff was great but I won’t be back.
