Despite having a reservation, I was turned away and told they were full. There was another person there who apparently was in a similar situation. As a solo female traveller, suddenly finding myself without lodging at 9pm in a strange city, I felt very unsafe. Thankfully my Lyft driver waited for me and took me to an actual hotel.

I booked for 4 nights, I get there they say they have no rooms. I had to cancel through ******* to then wait on the owners confirmation to get my refund. Complete waste of time and caused me to spend extra money for rides and last minute bookings at other hotels which makes the prices even higher. It was a complete waste of time and money. I do not recommend trying to book with this place.

Extra charges They forced me to pay an extra $5 for a locker I didn't need. Either pay or leave 😡

The place is not as bad as the reviews say. I checked in last night. Well aware this is a co-living environment. The place feels like visiting a normal home. Everyone there was friendly and respectful.

I do not like to write reviews when they are bad. But as a woman who was traveling alone, I was lead to believe this was a women only house. I entered and there were men and women who were very disheveled. The property seemed to host homeless, struggling residents. It seemed very unsafe for a single young woman. The host was not there, and when one of the residents called him he told me that he doesn’t accept bookings through *******, which was odd because I already had booked the bunk bed through *******. I ended up not even not seeing the room, because of how uncomfortable I felt there. I left and booked another hotel. The pictures used to display the property on ******* are a complete LIE. This is a slum property with a very questionable atmosphere. Please do better at being more honest on describing the property on *******.

Terrible experience!
