濱海大道套房飯店(Strand Ocean Drive Suites)

With photoshopped pics they fishing guests. Dirty and dusty EVERYWHERE inside the apartment. Suspicious stick stuff on the sleep couch , bunch of someone’s hair on the bed. Bed frame bigger than mattress, fingerprints and dirty all over the glass doors. It was just unbelievable dirty! After I sent pictures to the management about it, they said it was “cleaned”. I was supposed to stay 6 nights but couldn’t. It was too disgusting. I left in the next day and management refused to return some of the $1862.76 that I paid. I lose all that money. That’s the worse and dirty place I have had seen. Be careful.

This is the worst hotel ever! The pictures are definitely deceiving & your needs are not going to be accommodated without having to argue with them. We had to supply our own toiletries, etc. EVERYWHERE in the hotel was hot & the air conditioner was not working at all. We was also told it was hot in other customers room also & was told by front desk that it won’t gone be fixed either. The room service was not it! She barely touched our room, had to put our trash outside the doors ourselves. Everything about this hotel was terrible!!! I would not recommend it to nobody if you’re vacationing in Miami. It was located where everything was located on the *****. KEEP YOUE MONEY ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!

Room was extremely dirty and nearly in disrepair. Shower was disgusting. Club below is unbelievably loud all day until 2AM. Pool on the rooftop is nice until 3-9pm when its open to the public with a DJ. Would avoid this hotel all together

I made my reservation through ******* for a 2 night..perfect..then I get a text and phone call from this so called manager "ROB"..telling me he is gonna cancel my reservation because it's a 4 night minimum...well thats not what was said on their website or on my reservation through *******..so I called ******* and told them that the hotel wanted to cancel my reservation because I was only staying 2 nights...so as I'm on the phone with *******..the so-called manager ROB calls me and starts threatening me and asking me why did I call ******* and I told him I called them because I reserved with them and he starts yelling and threatening me..that he's gonna put me in the best room alright..being sarcastic ..my boyfriend recorded him..I wouldn't stay at the Strand for free...I have filed a complaint...this man was so rude for no reason...threatening that he was going to charge my credit card for more than the amount I reserved with *******...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I hope this will help other families on their trip to south beach. The location for this hotel is phenomenal, in the heart of the city. The rooftop pool is opened to the public, with a very unique clientele. I would say not family friendly. The check-in was awful. The guy at front desk had no desire to help nor cared to figure out anything other then passing us the keys. We checked in at 4pm, the elevator was broken and there was NO ONE willing to help (keep in mind the stairs to the room were tinny. Hard to carry 3 40lb bags). There are 3 or 4 buildings in this structure, our building (A building), looked more an old motel 6 rundown. No apparent maintenance has been done since the 70s. The elevator (when finally worked) shake when the doors opened. The room was old and the pullout couch is for one person at most and uncomfortable. We were 4 people (2 adults 2 teenagers), we had to sleep 3 people in one bed. The room was noisy and the "balcony" was facing a wall and parking garage to the left. The room had just been cleaned, which should have been a positive thing except the smell of chemical was unbearable. We slept with door open and had to deal with the noise of the streets. Font desk didn't even let us present the problem. Not their business. There are 100s of hotels on Ocean drive, unless this is your only option. Save yourself some money and aggravation. Thankfully we still had a wonderful time in South Beach.

The property is between a drag queen bar which is about 20 feet from one side and a heavy metal bar about 15 ft from the other side. And it seems they try to out do each other on loudness. The loud music and show lasted until around 3 a.m. and began again at 11 a.m. every day.

I booked this trip months ago and I wanted to cancel the hotel, they would not give me my refund, so I knew something about this hotel was not good, the place needs updates the bathroom, bedroom, the whole hotel. It was loud music playing late at night and early in the morning, I could not sleep at all, I tried to go to the beach and they didn’t have beach towels available, furthermore it was my worst hotel experience in Miami and I’ve been to Miami a million times…. I will never stay here again and I advise everyone do not stay here

These apartments are truly disgusting 🤢 it needs a deep clean , avoid at all costs . Don’t take a chance on it just because of its location which is very very noisy . We Couldn’t even use the roof top bar because private party’s they had .
