海灘卡塔利娜飯店與海灘俱樂部的評論

這個酒店不要去煮第一不乾淨，床單不換，第二太貴，一個晚上2000塊錢，這還不如國內的兩星，根本就沒有星級的酒店，酒店設施非常陳舊，地板都翹起來，各個地方都生銹了，各種把手生銹，第四服務態度很糟糕。飛機是晚上的飛機，所以想多住幾個小時延遲退房，可是前台説必要麼就是另外額外訂一個晚上，要麼就退房。第五酒吧就在樓下，晚上非常吵。

出行方便，步行5分鐘到達海邊，樓下小吃也很美味

我覺得位置非常好，但還是有點失望。 飯店沒有微波爐什麼的，而且很小，但是價格合理，所以還不錯。工作人員總體上都很友好。 飯店樓下的餐廳很好吃而且不鹹。

The gentleman at the front desk was on his first day and was absolutely on point for a brand new employee as well as extremely polite. Check in was quick and the manager helped expedite the hotel keys. Overall great experience start to finish

Esteban en Construccion y se presentaba demasiado ruido, ademas el dia que sali deje mi abrigo nuevo colgando en la habitacion , la muchacha de servicios estaba limpiando cuando sali y dos horas despues llame para preguntar po el abrigo y pasar por el y habia desaparecido.

Wir waren 5 Nächte im Hotel Catalina in Miami Beach. Das Personal war unfreundlich. Wir hatten kleine Tiere im Bett. Es gab kaum Handtücher. Es stank sowohl in der Lobby, als auch in unserem Zimmer nach einem verwesenden Teppich. Wir hatten eine bereits geöffnete Wasserflasche im Zimmer. Diese war mit chlorhaltigem Wasser vom Wasserhahn gefüllt. Das Essen war ungeniessbar und verunreinigt. Es werden pro nach 100 USD an Kaution berechnet. Bei 5 Nächten sind dies 500 USD. Wir haben hier viel Geld bezahlt für ein sehr unorganisiertes und schmutziges Hotel. Wir sind extrem unzufrieden. Bitte dieses Hotel meiden. It smelled like a rotting carpet in both the lobby and our room. We had an already opened water bottle in the room. This was filled with chlorinated water from the tap. The food was inedible and contaminated. A deposit of $100 will be charged per person. For 5 nights this is $500. We paid a lot of money for a very disorganized and dirty hotel. Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura per due notti pagando 250 $, arrivo in camera e non trovo la carta igienica né un cestino per buttare l’immondizia, inoltre chiedo la cortesia di cambiarmi le lenzuola e per quattro volte mi hanno detto di sì senza farmi trovare il letto pronto, tanto che la quinta volta che l’ho chiesto mi hanno portato lenzuola e a mezzanotte dovuto cambiarmele da sola. Non ho mai ricevuto un servizio così scadente, nemmeno nella pensione da una stella. Avendo prenotato un albergo mi aspettavo che ogni giorno me li facessero la camera, mentre per soggiorni inferiori a tre notti questo trattamento non era incluso, se lo sapevo prenotavo un airbnb. Inoltre il giorno del check out ho provato a chiedere di tenermi i bagagli e mi hanno detto che non potevano farlo, perciò ho dovuto pagare un deposito per bagagli pagando 10 $ a valigia. Mai visto un servizio del genere Servizio pessimo, nonostante il prezzo della camera non sia un prezzo low cost. MAI RICEVUTO UN TRATTAMENTO E UN SERVIZIO DEL GENERE. Servizio molto scadente e le donne del personale veramente antipatiche e scortesi, gli uomini invece molto carino e gentili.

La ubicación es excelente y el servicio también, las personas de la recepción muy amables.. Para parquear hay un valet parking donde pagas por día y te traen el auto cuando lo necesites, avisa con tiempo porque es posible que tengas que esperar bastantes minutos dependiendo de la cantidad de autos que tengan que mover.

Le service ne se fait pas tous les jours, les chambres ne ressemblent pas à la photo lors de la réservation, la salle de bain est sale, de plus y avait des verres de vin utilisés que j’ai demandé qu’on les change mais rien n’a été fait . L’emplacement est par contre excellent, c’est certain que je ne reviendrai pas à cet hôtel
