南海灘卡斯卡德飯店(Kaskades Hotel South Beach)

Tive uma cobrança indevida de USS 50,00 na minha fatura do cartão. Questionei o hotel sobre o que seria e não me retornaram, portanto cuidado ao se hospedar nesse hotel, pois você poderá ter uma surpresa desagradável na sua fatura de cartão e depois não terá a quem recorrer!

J’ai apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel mais par contre l’hôtel en lui-même n’est pas à recommander car il est beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu’il propose. Un matin, au bord de la piscine dormait un sans-abri. Au niveau sécurité c’est un peu inquiétant.

This property is a scam. I booked a room with a couch it's small as ever , have a terrible smell. They try to clean and it still smell. No breakfast, the roof top pool or whatever it is haven't been used in years. No breakfast, they don't tell you that parking is $40 a night. And you can't cancel the room so don't waste your time booking with these people.

Unexpected storms cancelled my flight as I was waiting in the airport. Kaskades customer service was unhelpful and totally uninterested in my dilemma. Had proof of sudden flight cancellation due to weather and the fact that no follow-up flights were listed within time frame of stay. No matter, the attitude was 'that's your problem.'

Hotel is next to a construction site, seems two more years to completed. The housekeeper miss the used thong that’s was there first day I arrive in the wardrobe for 5 days.

Surprisingly the room was very nice, clean and spacious. Only downside was that the ac unit in the room wasn’t working properly and it was very stuffy. Engineering came to the room and “fixed” it but still no change in the climate of the room. The temp was set to 70 and felt more like heat than cooling. Another downside was that’s the steam option in the shower didn’t work; was informed by the front desk that all steamer don’t work. Otherwise, my experience at the kaskade/ gale hotel was good. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach.

The staff was extremely accommodating and the hotel room was great. There are plenty of amenities between them and their sister hotel across the street. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.
