Ho soggiornato 12 notti in una camera media con vista ingresso,mi aspettavo un minimo di attenzione per l’ospite; check in veloce e freddo, in camera nessuna lettera di benvenuto, nessuna amenities, nessuna bottiglia di vino omaggio. Per un soggiorno cosi lungo mi sarei aspettato un minimo di attenzione. In bagno c’è solo la doccia. La spiaggia chiude alle 18:00. La piscina sul tetto e bar chiude alle 18:00. Nella spa non ci sono asciugamani, se li vuoi devi scendere al piano di sotto e chiederli alla boutique. In camera usano ciabatte infradito da piscina veramente scomode. Il tappeto su cui e’ posato il letto e’ super usurato. Il materasso e’ molto piu piccolo del letto e si vedono le doghe sottostanti. Ottima la linea cortesia.

I’m a member of Soho Beach House and thought it would be fun to do a staycation at the hotel for a mental break, I really enjoyed my stay! The rooms are so nice and the beds are comfy! They have a happy hour cart that comes to your room to offer a complementary cocktail - I thought this was so fun and really nice!

The food in the Italian restaurant was decent the rigatoni was a bit pasty but the little pillows with roasted meet was really good. The wheels came off the bus when we went to leave. We live in Palm Beach but we’re in Miami for the weekend staying at Nobu (super nice!!) Anyway our server pointed us to a door in the back to access the path along the beach. We walked out an unlocked door to a nice looking pool. When I took a picture I was accosted by a lady yelling loud enough to make a scene telling me I can’t take pictures and telling me it’s a members only club. She had no uniform and no name tag. I told her we were just walking through and she wasn’t having it. My wife and I stay at nice places all over the world and have never been treated like this. Spent over $600 in there between the bar during the day and dinner. I had no idea it was a members only club. They invited us in with our two dogs in the early afternoon, so we booked dinner with them. After this lady thoroughly embarrassed us, three more guys show up in jeans and shorts no name tags asking us to leave. I was so caught off guard I’m very sure I was anything but pleasant. But there are many amazing places to stay in Miami (that actually have beach access!) probably no need to do anything here except maybe have a drink. The bartenders were very nice. So to sum up…drinks great, dinner okay, management, quite disappointing, snooty and nasty. Too bad :(
