海洋珊瑚礁套房飯店(Ocean Reef Suites)

I checked in around 12 am and the staff at the front desk gave us the late check out for free. They were so friendly and it was great to stay !

Stayed four nights. Housekeeping kept our room so clean daily, beds made, clean towels. Spacious room. Loved the fact they provided 2 beach lounge chairs. A couple of blocks to the area where they provide the beach chairs. Fruit, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast for breakfast. Enjoyed my stay at Ocean Reef Suites at South Beach.

Very much enjoyed my time at Ocean Reef Suites. Room was very spacious and functional for the stay. Liked the fact they had complimentary beach chairs through the room reservation. Only not got thing was there was a strong sewer smell at times. Not sure if an open line being worked on. Would sty there again

I didnt like the no parking it was advertised on the properties rental list that there was parking on site but in true reality there was none and had to pay for valet parking which was $35.00 per day Plus after paying a complete payment online for the hotel room once we reached the hotel We had to pay a surprise $100.00 security which wasn't never mention upon Renting and paying for hotel room This was not right at all Breakfast was another issue for people like myself which I have diabetes Everything was sugar bread 🍞 jelly waffles syrup not good no hot breakfast at all. The a/c units are on bottom of windows which doesnt throw cool air Truly hot at night But everything else was pretty much okay and truly thanks to my higher power god thank you

The property is very old, no elevator provides, parking is far, and extra charges $35 per day. Bedings are not clean, and the whole night i was itchy. My husband just had back surgery, so we cant carry suitcases and walk up and down stairs daily, that costs lots of pain. So we request for cancel the hotel stay and ask for unuse days to be refunded. They didnt even provides any refund and just claimed that cancelation is not allowed.we will never stay with them again and i hope no one will stay in this hotel.

Staff was attentive, helpful, and approachable. Room was clean and breakfast is exactly what you need to start the day. Hotel location is great, close to everything and complimentary beach chairs and towels were definitely a plus.

Check in is 3:00 but We arrived at 2:30, no problem. They got us checked right in and were in our suite within 10 minutes. Room was amazing, clean and quite large, it felt more like a tiny studio apar**ent. All the kitchen amenities were there, fridge, microwave and even a toaster. A/C worked great and it also came with a safe to store your valuables. Oh, and you get free chairs and an umbrella that are already in place on the beach, plus you can take as many beach towels you want (you do have to return them or you will be charged). I would recommend this place for sure.
