Great value and location. Loved the private beach and offerings. Green focused hotel.

Like I always say staying at the Palms feels like home. I hope the staff keeps being the nice and attentive people they always have been, from the valet staff to the pool boys. One time only long time ago there was a rude lady at the restaurant entrance but I guess she left. Never again. We are very happy here always.

Got off to a rough start in a room next to the elevator cable room and didn’t sleep at all! Up and down the elevator went all night long. (The room should be made unrentable FOR ANYONE). The hotel did move us the next day…we packed waited for a clean room checked us out..checked back in later in the day didn’t even assist us with our luggage! We worked our first day of vacation!!!!We basically lost a day of our vacation! Didn’t offer us any compensation or a meal while waiting for our new room to be cleaned stuck with our luggage! I expected better as the reason we returned to The Palms as the first time there was pleasant. Disappointed.

I stayed at that hotel 5 days. Everything is worth $. Amazing personnel, great room and bar in the room, i had an ocean view which was breathtaking- imagine waking up to such view!!! People who stayed there are also very nice and friendly! I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is nice, but I had an issue with checking in before 4pm. I came to the hotel and I wasn’t able to check in at 2pm. When I asked when my room will be ready I was told that I have to show them my ID to get that information. And when I asked Can they tell me that when I call with my ID again they told me that they don’t know if I will be able to find out

The rooms are so small and so expensive There was a person in front desk that was so rude No complimentary water in the room ( but $7 per small bottle) No breakfast No activity or games for children and adults Even Santa didn't give free chocolate Everywhere you go in the hotel all has price tag Low value for money
