Расположение отличное, прямо на Wash.st. и улицей магазинов и кафе Lincoln rd. Также недалеко до бурлящей Ocean dr. Сам отель очень старый и прошел реновацию, но помогло плохо. Слышимость очень хорошая, стены тонкие как сбоку так и между этажами. Уборка в номерах тоже очень слабая.

Vi ble trekt mer enn avtalt og fikk aldri info om frokost tider som igjen resulterte at vi ikke fikk frokostene våre da vi var nede 3 minutter over 10. Victor som jobbet der var den eneste som ga 100% god service, men de andre vi møtte på var sure, lite service innstilt og hjalp ikke til med noe.

Wry impressed at this hotel/location as the price was much less for a family than anything else in the vicinity. You cannot beat this location, right in the middle of the best eating/drinking/shopping streets and only short two block walk to the ocean. The roof top pool was so so beautiful, a great additions to an already great hotel. Much recommended for family stay with older kids.

There are several things that are not working, including elevator and dryer. The solo functioning elevator is particularly problematic because all the cleaning staff and guests are waiting for it. There are no cups in the gym and no towels in the swimming pool. For the price it charges, it just doesn't feel right.

Property was very clean, and sanitized. Front desk people were very helpful and greeted you everytime. Rooms were spacious and clean. My family of 5 comfortably stayed in a 2 queen bed with a let-out sofa. Although my son stated the let-out sofa wasn't very comfortable. The cleaning crew didn't do a very good job on cleaning the rooms each day. They did just enough for you to notice they had been in the room.

I didn’t like the fact the hotel had a very late check-in at 4 p.m. The staff was not the best service. The food was not the greatest and house keeping was requested several times to clean the room.

Not as advertised. Room was supposed to be 2 Queens 1 Double Pullout. Instead what we got was 2 Doubles 1 Single Pullout.

There was no housekeeping done for the three days we were there. First, they told us the rooms will be cleaned every other day. NO one came to clean the room when it was scheduled. We informed the front desk and they said that they will send someone, but no one showed up. We had to settle with changing the towels and getting the trash thrown out by the cleaners. We had terrible experience. The elevators in the building were not working properly either.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The customer service here is not what I expected, since I’ve always tried to stay at other Marriott hotels. A simple “good morning” “sorry for the wait” “have a good day” is so difficult for the front-desk associate—Joe I believe that was his name? The other associates are nice and attentive to our needs. I was asked if I wanted to join the rewards program since I always travel and with the terrible service I will take my business elsewhere. Thank you!
