I’ll prefix this being saying I’m a HSK manager for the Aman hotel brand, so I notice things more than others:
Decent location in south beach. 3 blocks from beach. Front desk stafff was great, has a nice outdoor communal area and pool.
The bad: I took my ice bucket around the floor, then went to ask in the lobby. The ice machine was in a whole other building, insanity.
There was glass on the floor upon checking in. Idk how the hsking inspector missed it. Also one of the packets that contains the coffee amenities (creamer,sugar,etc) was open and used. Room was alot smaller than expect, maybe sizes should be listed online?
No basic tv; had to get a trial tv streaming subscription to watch something while a storm kept us inside.
