我第一次來墨西哥城時入住了 Be Mate Masaryk，由於飯店的位置和服務，我對這座城市的第一印象再好不過了。但真正讓我難忘的是熱情友善的款待，尤其是來自美國的熱情款待。她熱情的個性、及時的服務以及對客人舒適度的真誠關注使一切發生了巨大變化。飯店擁有您舒適住宿所需的一切，服務非常出色。

Lo único que no me gusto fue el desayuno, decía de 8 a 11 am y cuando fuimos a las 8 y 30 am ya no había nada.. Añ día siguiente fuimos antes de las 8 y la que estaba haciendo el desayuno nos dijo que no estaba abierto sino a las 8 pero no gue educada

El personal no quiso respetar Late Checkout, primero que me van a cobrar, al informar mi nivel de hoteles.com VIP que urgía entregar por ya estar rentado…

Simplemente espectacular. Fue mi primera vez en este hotel y por supuesto que volveré.
Las habitaciones son hermosas y cómodas. La ubicación mejor imposible y los servicios en general del hotel, son muy top.

The front desk lady was rude and non helpful. The staff that prepared breakfast in the common kitchen was also rude. The elevator was not working for the entire time we were there which was 6 days and it was going to continue to not work for another week or so. Room service is just about making the bed. The rooms were not cleaned, hairs everywhere including on the bed. I was informed that their cleaning policy of vaccuming and mopping only happened after your 5 th day stay or in between guests. On the last day the hotel made us move rooms and we got the a room with a balcony which was super noisy from the street traffic. The only positive thing about the hotel was the location.

Recomendado, las habitaciones están muy lindas es súper agradable todo el personal dan muy buenas recomendaciones, te hacen sentir muy cómodo, están muy pendientes de ayudarte y que tengas todo lo que necesitas.
