Como profesional hotelero he de decir que Las Alcobas de México DF me ha sorprendido maravillosamente y, desde luego, desde esta estancia será MI CASA en CDMX. Es un hotel donde se hacen las cosas al "viejo estilo", con un permanente toque humano y con todas las comodidades. Su situación en Masaryk, junto al parque Lincoln, es sencillamente la mejor, tanto por la excelente zona de paseo, shopping y ocio, como para moverse por el resto del gran DF. Las habitaciones son magníficas, amplias, limpias, agradables, acogedoras, silenciosas y con un baño cómodo y bien iluminado. Sobre el servicio, decir que si el hotel tiene un 10 sobre 10, el personal se lleva un 15 sobre 10: amable, educado, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a aconsejar. Los desayunos perfectos, maravillosos, completos y una sala llena de luz hacia Masaryk. Si la felicidad necesita un espacio físico. Las Alcobas lo es. Cooles Design Hotel im sehr schönen Polanco Viertel.. Die Himmer sind toll eingerichtet und trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Sehr aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Service. wir kommen wieder und haben die Zeit da sehr genossen…. Spa war hervorragend

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Great comfortable hotel in a swanky neighborhood. We loved the very spacious Masaryk suite with a beautiful balcony for in suite dining and views of the city. The breakfast (amazing stuffed french toast that I still dream of!) and dinner options (humongous delicious Caesar salad!) were delicious and the portion sizes very generous. Our room on the 7th floor was quite peaceful in spite of being on a busy street. Housekeeping was great and the rooms were very comfortable. Engineering team swiftly adjusted the AC low setpoint to drop the temperature further to suit our preferences. Nice modern touches - the blinds and lights are all controlled through tablets and have themes. We appreciated the comfortable ride to the airport they arranged for us, as Uber had been unreliable as far as comfort/AC goes during our stay in the city. Amazing steam shower and heated bidet seat, hard to find in many high end hotels. Just beware that many areas of interest to tourists are a bit far due to sometimes terrible traffic.

I would have given this hotel 10 stars if I could. The service during my stay was exceptional and the rooms and location are great. I have given it such a low score, because they charged me for 2 rooms instead of 1 and they are refusing to acknowledge their mistake and are no longer returning my calls.

5 star luxury with an unpretentious feel. This hotel in the heart of Polanco neighborhood is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Mexico City, whether here for business or pleasure. The staff are very friendly and accommodating in every way. The showers have great water pressure and the rooms are decorated with high quality taste. Love the hidden bar in a beautiful cabinet and the 6 story stairway in the center of the hotel is a showpiece. This hotel is near shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel on your next trip to Mexico City.

ABOVE & BEYOND are the two words I think of when I think of Las Alcobas. For someone who has traveled the world and stayed at countless luxury resorts/hotels, the service and staff at Las Alcobas was just incomparable. My husband and I were celebrating our first wedding anniversary and from booking to the end of our trip, the concierge and staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful. They were the BEST communicators we've ever encountered at a hotel and were very accommodating. They truly made our anniversary trip memorable and so special with the attention to detail and thoughtfulness. There are many well-known and major hotels in the area and in the neighboring districts but when I tell you that you will NOT get the same attention to detail service that you will at Las Alcobas, mark my words. They will make you feel truly at home and care for you the entire trip. In addition, their margaritas offered at their restaurant is truly the most delicious one we've ever had in our life. Yes, in our LIFE. The margarita are fresh, not too sweet with the most amazing salted foam and shaved lime on top. CHEFS KISS! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Do yourself a favor and choose Las Alcobas for the best experience from beginning to end in Mexico City. Special thanks to Bruno (our wonderful concierge), Sara (helped us check-in/out), all the wonderful cleaning service ladies and last but not least - the wonderful restaurant (named Anatol) staff thought greeted us with the brightest smiles each evening as we enjoyed our now forever favorite margaritas!

The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring Mexico City from the neighborhood of Polanco. The lobby is intimate, as is the overall vibe of this small hotel. The staff is attentive and friendly. Even though the rooms are small (even the larger ones), they are comfortable and well designed. Noise from the road is minimal, due to good soundproofing. The shower is decadent, to say the least, with multiple shower heads. The only minor issue was children were running around the hallway one evening and morning making noise. This property advertises as adults only, with a minimum age of 13 to check in. This was brought to the attention of management, who apologized and stated it only occurred a few times a year. I was provide with nominal (and I mean nominal Bonvoy Points) for the inconvenience. To be honest the amount of points provided as compensation were almost insulting for a property of this caliber and price point. We could have stayed at other properties at a lower price point, but chose this one because of the Adults Only policy advertised. Other than the minor issue, this is an amazing property.
