墨西哥城羅馬科洛尼亞福朋喜來登飯店(Four Points by Sheraton Mexico City, Colonia Roma)

I reserved a transportation service the night before and next day an short and skinny guy did not check the quote I had already and he sent a wrong company, they charged me the double what I was quoted, I checked out and they called me later when I was at the airport that they forgot to charge me more charges related to my room (it was the same guy) besides that guy service the other things are ok, restaurant doesn’t have any Mexican food and the manu is super limited.

Las instalaciones del hotel están perfectas, muy buena decoración, habitaciones amplias, lobby lindo con cafetería. El hotel cuenta con excelente ubicación y es un plus el estacionamiento gratis.

Muy comodo , en muy buena ubicación, todo excelente 👌 El único detalle que podria comentar es que no me agrada los perritos en las habitaciones y a mi si me gustan las mascotas (tengo perros ) pero ellos deben estar en su espacio y no me hace sentir comoda que tal vez estuve en una cama donde estuvo un perrito Gracias

The lady at the front desk didn’t want to give me a room with a view. She offered me one looking the other way. When I told her I had paid for the room with a view, she maintained that was not the case. After I showed her my reservation, she said she would give me a room with a view. When I went upstairs, the room was still not the kind I had paid for. I found especially annoying that she lied to me and that it was not until I threatened to cancel the room that she gave me what I had requested.

Terrible traffic noise. We asked for a room in a higher level. No way. They wake you at 7.50 for make the room. Twice. Very kind staff but not to recommend at all. They need a better noise isolation.

Muy buena atencion. limpieza. bien ubicada. buen desayuno. Lo unico fue que no nos hicieron la habitacion en dos de las tres noches que estuvimos. Esto se debio a que venian por la tarde a la hora que ya habiamos regresado a la misma.

Excellent hotel for groups and families! Also, the staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. Check-in was easy. Finally, the rooms are pleasant and very clean.

The staff were so nice, helpful, and kind. Every one of them! They are truly the best part of the hotel. Maria Jose, in particular, went out of her way to assist us. The hotel is on a busy street, so when you book a room, make sure it doesn't face the main street.
