For the price we paid, we expected better service and attention, however it was inconsistent. We were 3 women. Gentlemen at the front door and our butlers were all excellent and this feedback is not reflective of them, but front desk and housekeeping needed to be more attentive. First off, front desk staff (Alejandro) asked for extra adult charge per night, which we had already paid and I had to email proof of it. Next, our butler Mario (who was excellent) accompanied us to our room and it was one 1 king bed vs 2 queens we paid for. Mario quickly got that fixed, however by then we already started on wrong footing. Next, everything in room was in 2s (robes, glasses, hair mask, etc) and we had to request 3rd of each item. Housekeeping left 2 treats every night, well- intentioned but again lacking attention that we were 3. On the weekend, it got very noisy as it’s beside a very busy intersection and beside a building with active construction and noise cancellation was not that great. Very cheap quality iron, steamer and hair dryer, that we struggled to use everytime. Bit dated property, drains were stinking from room showers to public use toilets. No turndown service, unless requested. Again, attention to detail lacking for the price point they are at. Few things they did get right - everyone was polite and professional throughout. Umbrella service was a very nice touch! Champagne ceremony was also a very nice touch.

Every aspect of our stay, from the flawless room service to the exquisite cocktails at the King Cole Bar and the indulgent spa treatments, was impeccable. The service at The St. Regis Mexico City ranks among the best we’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Every staff member we encountered exemplified excellence, making us feel genuinely valued. We can’t wait to return to this incredible property and relive the magic all over again. Highly recommended!

This hotel is amazing and beautiful. It is a top-notch hotel. The service was great,really liked that every time we walked into the hotel they knew us by name. They went above and beyond and catered to us would definitely stay here again.
