We asked for an early check in but they couldn't do it. No biggie, we'll return at normal check in hours and should have our room ready, right? Nope, we wait another 40 minutes for our room. They gave another couple their room (whom arrived after us). After this couple complained that their AC didn't work, they gave us THAT SAME ROOM without working AC. We complained about it and their solution was to give us a box fan. We rejected the box fan and asked for a room with AC, considering that we had payed for a room with AC. They gave us a room with 2 individual beds instead of one queen size, but they said that they will move us AGAIN after the first night because the room there giving us is for another guest. The room they gave us was not properly cleaned. The chairs were dirty and there was a toenail beside the bed. The shower head was dirty and something was dripping from it. The shower splashes the floor of the bathroom because it didn't have a door. The hotel is right by a busy street, so street noise is a problem no matter the hour.

Una gran experiencia. Un lindo lugar. Buena ubicación. Limpieza y trato. Buen estilo, Vilchis te recibe siempre atento. Tiene varios servicios y lo más importante estar en un lugar seguro en un zona estratégicamente bien ubicado. Regresaría seguro.

Buena atención y habitación muy cómoda, ubicación sobre avenida con un poco de ruido pero nada que no se pueda soportar, ubicación adecuada cerca de varios lugares turísticos a unos cuantos minutos caminando. Excelente lugar de hospedaje para un fin de semana en pareja.

The room is spacious and clean. Small kitchenette to work with and iron and ironing board to work with is a plus. However, customer service needs to be stepped up. I looked everywhere for a remote control for the AC. I slept that night without AC since I had arrived at 1am and did not have the energy to go back downstairs. I remember sweating in bed at night. When I passed by the front desk the next morning I was told that there was an electrical issue on the 3rd floor, the AC's were not working. Would have been nice to know during check in, so that I knew what I was getting myself into. They offered to move me to a room on the 1st/2nd floor which I turned down because I was already unpacked and settled into this room. They could have at least offered a fan for the incovenience. On the morning of my check out, I had scheduled an hour to take a shower, get ready, finish packing and head out to the airport for my flight. To my demise, there was no water in my room. I had noticed that the pressure was terrible in my bathroom sink the days prior but the shower had been working. This particular morning had very little water coming from the sink and no water from the shower. Luckily I found the front desk person on my floor and offered me a dirty room to take a shower in. That room only had freezing cold water. I ended up washing my important parts with bottled water. Air and water are basics, plumbing and electrical need to be looked at ASAP at this property!

El hotel es nuevo y tiene un concepto muy novedoso, es cómodo, bien situado y el personal se esmera en dar un buen servicio.
