在康德薩的Choapan 28 - 豪華公寓

Excelente ubicación, barrio muy seguro con todo cerca: metro, restaurantes. Todo se pasó muy bien

No nos limpiaron el depa en ningún día, les tuvimos que pedir toallas limpias y papel. Aparte había un anuncio que sugerían la propina de 3-5 usd diarios. Cómo vamos a dar propina si nunca tuvimos un servicio de nada. Las puertas de la habitación y la entrada no cerraban, se acababa el agua caliente muy rápido.

The apartment was perfect for us (2 persons), it has the necessary amenities for the 8 days that we were there. The support the administrator and cleaning ladies gave was great. *The only down side is the communication before the travel was kind of difficult with the office that administers the property.

Pros: - super clean and well designed apartment - oxxo across the street which was convenient to buy water -near a juice spot/ esquina del chilaquiles, and popular taco spot on the corner Cons: -NO AC NO FAN got really hot during the day and night which made it hard to sleep and did not want to open the window/balcony for safety reasons. -luggage storage is only until 3:30 pm which was unhelpful for me since my flight was at night. -very loud at night, walls are thin? -hot water runs out which i understand trying to conserve but it was hard to shower as well because the showerhead was kinda spotty with its water streams which made me need to stay in the shower longer than i usually do. -communication via ******* was nonexistent? I was sending messages and got no replies. I had to reach out to ******* for a number/email then they were more responsive through those modes -code to one of the doors did not work when i checked in and a random door on my floor got closed and locked and i did not have the code to it. Small annoying things that could easily be avoided. -only 2 rolls of toilet paper,1/3 roll of paper towel. fine for me because i stayed by myself but prob not enough if you have more people for a longer stay.

This was my first time staying at Choapan 28, and overall it was a great experience. There were a few hiccups in the beginning—I didn’t receive my check-in emails 24 hours before arrival, and since it was my first time, I was a bit nervous. Thankfully, the cleaning staff on site were incredibly helpful and helped me get everything sorted out. We also had some issues with the door codes at first, but once that was resolved, everything went smoothly. The apartment was clean, safe, and in a perfect location—very walkable with great dining options, easy access to transportation, and a real local vibe. I’d definitely stay here again!
