I was left disappointed by my recent stay at this property, which did not live up to expectations. Clear communication was lacking, as we weren’t informed about ongoing reparations. The water supply was unreliable, with frequent disruptions almost everyday of my stay including an entire day on Monday. Additionally, the front area was under construction, making navigation with luggage difficult. The early morning repair work, starting at 6am, was particularly disturbing with loud and constant hammering. Quite frustrating especially on your vacations. After voicing my concerns and the inconvenience at the front desk, I was told the manager would contact me via WhatsApp, but I received no follow-up. This lack of response only added to the frustration of the experience.

recently stayed at Casa Ofelia in Polanco as a group of three couples, just a short walk to the best restaurants, shops, and parks. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed.

Very cute hotel in the best location of Polanco. You can walk to dinner or simply shop. Only thing the hotel room didn’t have and needs is a full size mirror

This property is in an excellent location. The staff, interior finishes, and security were all very good.
The issue is plumbing related. Our bathroom smelled very badly off sewer odor. I suspect that the floor drain behind the toilet was either plumbed incorrectly, or that there is a plumbing issue elsewhere. We left the bathroom exhaust fan on and closed the door to prevent the room from smelling badly. I would not recommend staying at this property unless the plumbing issue is resolved.

Es un Hostal Fotogénico, no es un hotel , tienes que llegar en bicicleta porque si es en automóvil se sorprende y molesta la única persona que se encuentra en la recepción , el ruido exterior es parte del ambiente, las toallas lo peor , en fin con esos precios no hay que esperar algo más

Bueno y ubicado pero queda a deber en el servicio.
La recepcion no fue buena, nos recibio una persona que estaba en el celular y solo nos dijo que el check-in era hasta las 3, muy poco servicia.
En general las personas del mostrador poco amables o serviciales. Pedimos 3 veces paraguas y no estaban a la mano.
El servicio de limpieza en la habitacion llegaba pasads las 3 de la tarde aun cuando dejabamos la habitacion a ls 7:30 am en punto todos los dias.
El Hotel es muy bonito y esta en buenas condiciones y la ubicacion es inmejorable pero el servicio queda a deber.
