烏利夫康德薩(Uliv Condesa)

1. Sucio - toallas sucias y viejas. - cojines sucios. 2. Comodidad - muy frío - sin cobertores 3.amenidades - regadera sin presión de agua casi no sale. - sin secadora pelo - sin calentadores (tuve que salir a pedir)

El lugar está tal cual en las fotos, la zona es muy segura y de fácil acceso, ya sea caminando o en metro. El personal muy amable, dan rápida respuesta por whatsapp. Llegamos antes del check in, por lo que nos resguardaron las maletas y nos pudimos salir a caminar.

Lo que no me gusto, es que la clave para ingresar me la mandaron 3 días después, entonces tuve que llegar y no me daban el acceso.

Al lugar le falta limpieza y mantenimiento.

Really lovely spot in a great walkable neighborhood. Located between two gorgeous parks and tons of cafes, it’s a perfect vacation spot. Would stay there again!

We couldn't reach the property. We were approched outside by pretty dodgy individuals, we had to fleed and did not stay. I asked for a refund and it was denied, since it was "non-refundable ". But when the street is unsafe at night, I believe some flexibly would be in order.

We loved the location and the apar**ent was great except it was ABSOLUTELY FREEZING because there was no heater and there was just one blanket on the bed when we arrived. It wasn’t a lush duvet, it was a thin blanket and when we asked for more Mario, the manager was reluctant to send us more. He did send 3 more blankets but what we really needed was heat for the entire place. Our friends in the apar**ent above us had a tiny heater that helped but we didn’t have one. We had to resort to turning on the stove-top to heat the kitchen. We certainly couldn’t hang out there to relax because it was so cold, we wore coats inside the apar**ent and went to bed fully dressed. So if you want to be comfortable there, don’t visit in the winter.
