Welcome to The Sandy Crab - A luxury waterfront vacation home in Mexico Beach, FL!
Waterfront in back (with canal to the Gulf); Dock to tie-up your boat, jetski, kayak, etc.; Huge pool and hot tub; A short 700 ft. walk to the beach; Garage parking; A 'kids' bedroom with a bunk bed; Cable and Wifi; Smart TV; Fully equipped kitchen; Newly remodeled with gorgeous furnishings; And lots of little extras like board games, books and other touches to make it feel like home.
Come stay with us! :)About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No house parties; No weapons on the property (including concealed); And Quiet Hours are 10PM to 8AM daily. Leave your guns at home. :).1) No weapons are allowed on our property of any kind, including legal concealed firearms.
2) Pool & Hot Tub are open Dawn to Dusk ONLY.,1) There is only parking for 2 vehicles (1 outside and 1 in the garage). Fantastic and convenient
Sister trip did not disappoint. Cindy was great and very responsive. The house had everything needed.

Great Stay!
This house far exceeded expectations. The walk to the beach was very easy, less than 3 minutes. We brought our own beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. but this place had it all and then some. The house itself is very spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Sandy Crab 2025
This Location was a lot of fun. It’s very spacious and clean. The canal in the back was a great spot to park my Waverunners. Cindy was easy to get into contact with, and check in and check out process was rather simple and straightforward.

A Mother to Remember
Since 2022 my family has gathered in Mexico Beach area in remembrance of my mother who remains where scattered around the bay. The Sandy crab provided yet another unique experience for my love ones to come as one to enjoy fun, laughter and to share the love we all have for my mother. Thanks for sharing your home, it was great!

Perfect stay!
The property was very clean, very well decorated and centrally located. The beach is close, you can see it from the front door and from the balcony off the queen bedroom and it’s very walkable! The back deck is perfect for drinking coffee in the mornings. The pool was also a very close walk and very nice. There’s a row of shops and some food truck/restaurants just up the sidewalk. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Relaxing, quiet beach vacation
The Sandy Crab was the perfect place for our family beach vacation. The house offered plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and was tranquil and relaxing. The beach is a short walk away, and the place provides everything you need to enjoy your time there. Cindy was an excellent host and was a great communicator. We had a blast with our two-year-old and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mexico Beach.
