The rooms are very comfortable and neat.The room service is great. Farman from housekeeping is amazing. He made animals out of towels on our beds. It was great. We also had a very clean pool in the back of our room. I enjoyed a lot. We had an overall great experience.

Amazing experience at this retreat hotel, the hospitality and the food was top notch. My special regards to Chef Dipankar, who curated finger licking spread for us. The entire property is maintained by highly professional staff who offer prompt service.

I stayed at ITC with my elderly parents. It was a staycation for their 50th wedding anniversary. My dad was on the wheelchair so we needed comfort & ease. From the time we arrived at the resort to the time we left we were showered with lot of care and superb hospitality. At arrival gate the staff was helping my parents get off the car and make them comfortable. We were escorted to the reception and were greeted with a beautiful scarf & a welcome drink. There were several staff members who were greeting us. It felt so lovely. Our suite was not ready. Sonali at the reception escorted us to the Arravali restaurant for lunch. There was some confusion and were then asked to go to the hub area for lunch buffet. I wish they would have shared the info at the beginning so I didn’t have to bother my dad go back & forth multiple times. But the staff was apologetic and really took good care of us. We had booked the short break package that included lunch/dinner. The lunch experience was fabulous. Thank you Madan for being a superb host. Madan made sure we were comfortable and kept bringing stuff as my parents couldn’t do rounds of the food area. The chef Amit and another Chef (don’t recall his name) at lunch get five stars for the great quality of food and the lavish spread. They even brought sugar free dessert for my parents. Again, nothing can beat the hospitality of Madan, Chef Amit and the staff. Our suite was luxurious. We had the suite with a private pool. The location was perfect as we were few mtrs from the main bldg. The room, living room, bathroom and the pool were very tastefully decorated. It was royal. We attended the puja at 6:30pm and it was so peaceful and calming. We had drinks at the peacock bar. Great drinks! Got to try a special mocktail that had not been named yet. Beautifully decorated bar and once again the serving staff & bar tender drinks were great. Our dinner at Arravali was very nice. The food preparation was great. We tried asian food. There was some issue with the billing and they didn’t charge us for bread and charged incorrectly for a dish. What I loved about the staff was that they fixed everything without giving us any hassle. Many a times they were too generous and giving us complimentary things. I have yet to experience this level of hospitality & professionalism at other resorts. The breakfast was amazing. From asian, Indian, continental to fresh juices you name it and the buffet had more than one can even eat. Again, Madan & server Amit were superb. Chef Amit stopped by to check on us and during our departure packed a huge box of bakery items for our return journey. Thank you Chef Amit for making it a memorable experience for us. We love food so we were over the moon with the experience. We were also taken good care by Namrata ( guest relations supervisor). She was lovely! Made sure we had everything we needed. Went above & beyond to take pictures of my parents. Thank you Namrata for being a great host and taking car
