阿比斯庫小屋

Arrived. No staff. My room information stuck to window. Log in door to get in the lodge. Spa and sauna locked..no staff to ask about this. Nobody in the morning. One of the light in bedroom not working. Dont recommend at all.

相當令人噁心的住處，到處都是黴菌。這個地方太臭了。當我們在那裡時，有人出現了（沒有接待處）並詢問他們是否應該留下，我的回答是不。聯繫要求退款或補償，但被告知 24 小時後仍未得到回應。塵土飛揚數英里，如果你有哮喘，請遠離。男廁停止使用，我們無法進入休息室或水療中心。桑拿房裡瀰漫著一股味道，就像有人死在裡面一樣。地板太髒了，法蘭絨都變成黑色了。沒有牛奶，也沒有衛生紙。也沒有肥皂！儘管網站顯示已幾乎售罄，但我們是那裡唯一的顧客，將繼續在各處發布訊息，直到問題解決為止。根本不會推薦。我很想發布我保存的照片並將其發佈到其他網站上。似乎需要聯繫健康與安全部門。

We arrived and no one was in the office. The sign on the hotel itself had a phone number and it didn't work. There was a note on the door with an emergency number for hotel guests if locked out. We left a message. Eventually the person who works at the desk must be staying in the hotel as he opened the door for us. The room was fine as we were just staying a night. A bit run down but clean. The town was nothing to speak of. We were the only people staying at the hotel. This was January which is NZ summer and we didn't realize that this is a ski town and full in their winter! I am sure it is a great place in ski season, we just chose wrong.

A disappointing stay A strange place. Initially when we arrived there was no one present so we couldn’t get in. I managed to find a lady in the kitchen and she called someone who came and booked us in. It turned out that we were the only two people staying there so after 5:30pm it was just us. The whole place wasn’t particularly clean but our room was fine and the bed was uncomfortable. This is a ski resort and we were out of season, however it was advertised as having a hot tip and a sauna, neither of which were available. It should also have come with breakfast included but there was no one at the property in the morning, so that wasn’t an option either. I’m sure it’s great in the winter but we were disappointed

We stayed in the campground after looking at the photos on the website. The place promises a spa and sauna, no mention on the website of it costing anything. When we checked in we were told it was $20 for 20 minutes to use both and we had to make a booking. We went to relax in the "comfortable lounge with roaring wood burner," to be told it was for lodge guests only. There is no mention of this on the website. We were directed to a filthy, old, smelly lounge instead, which looked nothing like the photos. When we approached the staff member about this, she was abrupt and argumentative, saying the lodge was full (the lounge was empty.) The kitchen and showers were also filthy. I would not recommend staying here.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. Great accommodation, perfect with kids. Fire place was a bonus!
