Holiday Inn 梅泰裡新奧爾良機場(Holiday Inn Metairie New Orleans)

We came to celebrate my birthday and the room was clean, comfortable and customer service excellent. We had purchased the breakfast online option to our room and this saved us about $30 or so on the breakfast buffet, which had your normal things on it but it was fresh, hot and good service. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean hotel. Front desk person was pleasant and helpful. Only complaint was I forgot toothpaste and they were all out (first world problem I. Know)

Jessica at the bar is by far the best. Go see her at the bar and grill for good food and a good drink. She keeps the restaurant running like a well oiled machine. The food is good it’s worth the wait and the drinks Jessica makes are good. Go and see for yourself

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We were checked into 5 different rooms upon arrival due to various reasons. Toilet didn’t flush in the first room, second room the air conditioning was not working. Most of the rooms did not have a place to hang clothes because the bar was missing in the closets. We finally just settled and made the best of our situation. No one seemed interested in fixing any of the things that were broken. My husband and I are not people that usually complain but this hotel needs some work!

Was an overnight stay due to travel schedule and proximity to the airport. The hotel lobby looked to be brand new with lots of pockets of seating. The front desk was quick to acknowledge and offered a good description of the services. The room was large and well appointed. I liked the bulk Dove items in the bathroom and the towels appeared to be very new. I did not use the amenities like restaurant and pool, but both were available. The hotel has ample parking and I would utilize again if I have business in this area.

It was a great stay. My stay got extended. I was only supposed to be there one night but it turned into Five nights with me checking out and back in everyday. So I had a different room every night. Not their fault. Each room was great. The staff is helpful

Overall the stay was fair. What I will say is it’s misleading for ******* to post complimentary breakfast only to find out there’s a fee. No issue with there being a fee. The wording needs to change. Also I was having breakfast one morning and two employees of the hotel got into a huge argument that almost resulted in a physical fight. The language used was totally disrespectful to hotel guest. I started to feel unsafe at that moment but I made it through. Other than that I would’ve rated the hotel higher.

The rooms does not have AC working properly. We got one room first that was the worst room ever súper hot, and then we asked for another room, we got a new one but still room was hot we reported the AC was not working but they didn’t fixed, send someone to check and they did and said we will have to wait for a moment to get it cold but that never happened But we have a really good experience with the staff working on the front desk, they were nice.

The AC rattled all night, the rooms all have a old stench. On night 2, at bedtime, my tv remote wouldn’t work- when I tried to call the front desk, the phone was inoperable with no cords at all to plug in. I went down stairs in a tank top and short shorts however no private areas were exposed. The front desk girls were dealing with a lot of guests complaining in person and by phone and were frustrated- but TAMIKA yelled to me in front of a bunch of men that I could not be walking around her hotel dressed that way that there is kids there. You have got to be kidding me. She humiliated me in front of the men standing there- I really wasn’t thinking as I was tired and not expecting to be changing rooms at 11 that night- BUT what I had on completely covered me and was not inappropriate. She took her incompetence and frustrations out on me and she was wrong. I had a much better stay nearby at the Hampton inn where breakfast was complimentary and front desk was kind. This hotel is a dump - even currently, in my new room- I am listening to a baby crying in the room next door so loud as if it was in my own room. This is the first hotel my employer has set me up at that I’ve ever had one complaint let alone any problems with rude staff.
