Copeland Tower Suites, Ascend Hotel Collection

We visit the area about 3 times a year. Partly for business and the rest for fun and food. This hotel so far has exceeded my expectations. Previously for the last couple of years we stayed at the Marriot on Lakeway. This hotel far exceeds the "M" just on guest services alone. We are in one of the bigger suites with 2 AC units. Its wasn't cooling like it should and the maintenance crew was prompt, polite and just awesome. Thanks to Danny for cooling our room with new units. This alone has won our business as well as my company's business. It's quiet here, the bed is comfy and our room is huge. Bonus- no parking fees!
