前台帥哥服務親切，有問必答，擔心我們語言不通説話很慢很慢。可以前台買電車票3歐，威尼斯水城30分鐘左右方便車程。下次來還會繼續住這裏

酒店不過不失設施偏舊 床單有點污糟 我和男朋友身上都起了疹 好癢 而且浴室花灑的水時熱時冷 而且企缸太窄 想調校熱水器又撞到了燙死我了 皮膚紅了好大塊 而且企缸只能容納一個身位抬手洗頭都會撞到 而且企缸關門之後，一路洗澡一路有蒸氣連呼吸都困難洗一次澡 搞到我又瘀又痛又腫馬桶有千年污跡 沖水用紙抹都抹不走

非常好的酒店，房間很獨特，前台帥哥服務很好！

衞生一般，早餐不錯，可惜服務生英文soso,有點雞冋鴨講．前台服務態度好，有耐心指引如何坐巴士去downtown 遊威尼斯，為他點贊👍

適合親子旅行，房間挺大，早餐有點簡單

Perfect place to stay outside of Venice but yet so convenient to get into Venice with the local tram. Service by the staff is amazing, and the hotel is clean and nice.

There were three of us and the 1st day we arrived Phillipo was excellent! He provided us with alot of information about what the hotel and area had to over and about us being able to get Transportation passes For all transportation amazing! We arrived quite late at night about one a.M.The next morning, we went into the breakfast room, Where we Were greeted by three women, one of which called us fat in italian. That is not how you greet your guest.And they were talking very loud in the kitchen, loud enough for us to hear them. Then we went to the front desk to talk to the staff about getting the transportation passes, and he was also very rude and very unapproachable.As if he did not want to speak to us. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone else. Although the cleaning lady who cleaned our room and filippo, we're very, very good.
