"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. The biggest problem turned out to be the staff, who were not only rude but downright hostile towards Polish guests. Throughout our entire stay, we felt like second-class tourists. In a hotel with any kind of standard, such situations should never take place. The staff favored Italian guests at every turn – starting with the service at the bar. Polish guests were ignored, and the bartenders and receptionists did everything with a clear look of reluctance. At the end of our stay, I wanted to get back my deposit and the remaining funds from my Kiwi card (a payment method for things like drinks not covered by the all-inclusive formula). The amount to be refunded was 16 euros. The lady at the reception threw 15 euros onto the desk and stated that I wouldn't get the remaining euro because she simply didn't have it. It's not about the money, but the way the matter was handled.The hotel's sanitary infrastructure did not function continuously or without disruption. The restaurant was also an issue. Tables were not cleaned regularly. Furthermore, half an hour before the end of meal times, food was already running out. When queues formed at the chafing dishes (bain-maries), the staff would only bring out small amounts. Next to the main restaurant, there is a pizzeria. The person responsible for preparing the pizza showed a blatant lack of personal culture towards the guests. The only positive thing about the whole stay was the gorgeous beach. I definitely do not recommend this hotel."
