Perfect place to explore the desert, only 1 hour from Las Vegas and 30 minutes from St. George. Come relax in our newly constructed home with views of the red cliffs.
The main living space includes a large open floor plan with a full kitchen, island, dining room and living room. Large sliding glass door opens onto a covered patio. Beautiful electric fireplace in our modern home. 3 bedrooms with queen beds and two bathrooms, one ensuite master bedroom with a sliding glass door to the patio.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Very pleased
Honestly,I don’t really ever leave reviews, but this was the first VRBO I have stayed in that was as nice as the photos. The house is very nice. Very clean. The beds are really comfortable. Maybe the most comfortable bed I have slept in. The owners rules are very simple and easy to follow.

Great Accommodations
This home is very nice and comfortable..It is very tastefully decorated. Everything you need is provided. There was coffee along side the coffee maker. There was even a little basket provided with a few items a traveler might need. Loved our stay here.
