Very friendly staff and an efficient check-in experience.

I bought a frozen pizza from the market. The microwave was not working in the room. So I took the pizza back to front desk and she told me she did not have the authority to credit the pizza to my account because it was open. After discussion we headed the pizza in the employees lounge. Then it was over cooked. I thought the front desk should have been able to credit my account. Also the bed was poorly made up when house keeping made up the room.

Noisy but nice!! Loved the hotel…if you don’t want to sleep in. The runway from the airport is aligned with the hotel, and there are constant landings and take offs all day long. The planes fly directly over the hotel. The room was clean and the staff so friendly though, which made up for the constant air traffic during the day. The view of the golf course was so fun…especially early in the morning when the rabbits are playing!

THIN WALLS The wall are paper thin so I heard my neighbors in conversations, their loud tv. The hotel did ask them to reduce the noise and they did, but got very little sleep. It’s a newer hotel, so it’s disappointing they can’t invest in a bit more in noise insulation between rooms and floors. Heard every step the folks above me took. Won’t waste my $ there again.

Noise coming from bathroom bent… annoying.. kid put paper over it to quiet it down. Last time they put me at end of hall where the water pipes were loud…

The property was very clean and fully stocked. The staff was professional, polite and accommodating. The continental breakfast was great and had many options to choose from. I would for sure stay here again.
