Private getaway for the entire family! Pool, sauna, hot tub, movie room, gated entry, 9+ acres, 4 bedrooms plus an office. Huge patio that overlooks the pool. This home really has everything you need for an amazing vacation in the heart of Grand Junction! Pool is closed November-March 15th of each year. Extra fees do apply for any guests greater than 4 people. Events are allowed but different fees will apply so please message host first.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings.Maximum event attendees: 35.
