Nachdem wir zwei Monate im Voraus gebucht und bezahlt hatten (vom Hotel bestätigt!), bekamen wir am Anreisetag (tatsächlich waren wir schon fast im Hotel angekommen) einen Anruf, dass kein Platz für uns frei sei, da noch andere Gäste untergebracht seien!! Ich frage mich, was eine Reservierung und Vorauszahlung wert ist, wenn man trotzdem mit solchen Situationen rechnen muss? Das Schlimmste ist, dass wir dieses Hotel seit Jahren kennen. Wir waren oft zum Abendessen hier und haben auch Gäste zum Übernachten im Hotel untergebracht! Jetzt ist es Vergangenheit, nichts kann uns dazu bewegen, wieder in dieses Hotel zu gehen! Very bad experience! After booking and paying two months in advance (confirmed by the hotel!), we received a call on the day of arrival (in fact, we had almost arrived at the hotel) saying that there was no room for us because other guests were staying there!! I wonder what is the value of a reservation and advance payment if you still have to expect situations like this? The worst thing is that we have known this hotel for years. We have often been here for dinner and have also accommodated guests to stay overnight in the hotel! Now it is in the past, nothing can convince us to go back to this hotel!
