The room floor was not very clean 😕 — when walking barefoot my feet became dirty from the dust. Also, there was a small design flaw in the bathroom floor and the décor felt a bit uncomfortable. On the bright side 🌞, the hotel itself is beautiful, the staff were super friendly 😊, and the view was absolutely stunning 🌊🌴.

Fantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended!

Bütün personel güleryüzlü, olumlu , pozitif. Her istediğimizi ; daha biz söylemeden kendileri teklif edip hizmette bulundular. Yemekleri hep taze ve lezzetliydi. Zest Bar , executive louge , ve ichella restaurantta kahvaltı zengin, açık büfe ve alanlar hep temizdi. Tüm nazımızı çekip , minik tüylü misafirlerine son derece özen gösterdiler. Hayvan dostu olan bir işletmenin olması da ayrıca takdirimizi kazandı. Her daim her konuda ellerinden gelen her esnekliği ve ayrıcalıkları da sundurlar. Teşekkür ederiz Hilton ekibi. Tam anlamıyla harika bir ekip. Bir puan kırma sebebim spa bölümü oldu, kadınlar bölümünde buhar banyosu çalışmıyor ve çok küçük, 5 kişi içeride olunca maalesef ki alan yetmiyor. Peştemal yoktu. İçecek bulunmuyordu. Son olarak uzak doğulu hanımefendinin masajı çok keyifliydi.

The view is Amazing & the staff is always very helpful! Their pool is very clean & the breakfast was delicious!

Otelin konumu çok güzel. Tüm çalışanlar çok ilgili. Restoran ve Havuz bölümü keyifli. Panoramik odanın manzarası güzel.

My stay at hilton mersin was fantastic. All of the staff was proffesional & polite but specially Miss Cansu at reception was very helpful & polite. Food at restaurent Ichelle was delicious. Staff at restaurent was exellent but Mr Burak was exceptionally fantastic. Overall a good stay. ❤️

Sadece 1 gece kaldık ama tertemiz bir oteldi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlülerdi. Teşekkürler.

Bu parayı hakeden bir otel değil. Hilton adına yakışacak bir yer değil

I think mini bar should be filled for emergency cases!

It is a Hilton hotel but an old one, the hotel definetely needs a renovation which is also in process at the moment. We wanted to extend our stay but couldn't do it because they couldn't provide the same price. These days hotel rates are worse than the flight tickets, they are always fluctuating a lot
