茵湯飯店及套房(Intown Inn & Suites)

This hotel is a dump!! If it wasn't for the fact that all other hotels in the area were sold out, I wouldn't have stayed at this garbage can. The hotel charged me approx $150 for the night; maybe it was worth $35.

The mattresses were the absolute hardest I have ever slept on, my back and hips ached all night. The pillows were similarly hard and lumpy. I was so desperate I ended up tearing off the pillow case in the night to use as a pillow instead and found the actual pillow was filthy, covered with disgusting yellow sweat stains. The AC was set so high in the wall it couldn't be reached unless you stood on a chair. And since it was probably 30 years old there was no remote for it, all manual dials. The bathroom was dirty, and the shower switch on the faucet was jammed so I stead of adjusting the temperature and then turning the shower on you just got a blast of cold water the second you turned the tap on. I would have discussed all of these issues with the front desk, but they are only open from 4PM-7PM. Overall, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. For $170/night they could provide at least the bare minimum of comfort and cleanliness.

It was a short overnight stop, had poor sleep cause of all the outside noise, from other people or customers.. unfortunately for the motel owners.maybe this was out of their control. But I will not stay here again.

Kitchen was not equipped with enough utensils. No dish soap. Very old and dirty dish rack. Floor couldve been cleaner as i have a crawling baby. Otherwise, the stay was ok. Comfy, clean beds. No noisy neighbors even though the hotel was seemingly full. Staff was nice. It's a very old place that could use renovations. Hotels should be able to charge only according to their condition. I wish. It was the price of a very nice 4 star hotel but probably more like a 2 star.

Lot of issues not worth after paying so much money.no housekeeping , no customer service and bkfast only juice and muffin.

Nice place and great service

The head board for one of the beds had fallen off the wall. The bed frame on one side was broken, resulting in the bed sloping significantly. A dial on the stove came off in my hand when we tried to turn it on. Behind every piece of furniture were pieces of toys from previous guests children (broken. Crayons, lego, bottle containers).

Comfy bed, clean, located near restaurants & downtown. Air conditioner was old & noisy; bathroom sink faucet needs replacing, sprays water all over

Didn't like anything. If ******* inspects facilities before listing them as a option they wouldn't proceed.
