A wonderfully located seaside holiday home with private garden and courtyard terrace overlooking the sand dunes at Merlimont beach.
The house is fully independent and has driveway parking. The accommodation is on two floors. The ground floor has a large open plan lounge / dining room which opens directly on to the garden and courtyard. There is a new fully fitted kitchen, shower room and separate WC. The first floor has three bedrooms, one double one twin and one bunk bedroom. There is a bathroom with a bath / shower and another separate WC.
The courtyard borders the sand dunes and has the most amazing views to enjoy whilst eating or relaxing outside. There is also a large lawn garden perfect for games and soaking up the sea air. There is a garage available for storage and private on site parking is available for two cars. The house is at the end of a quiet cul de sac and sits right next to the sand dunes. The vast sandy beach and the town centre are just a short walk away. Wir sind Wiederholungstäter
Wir haben dieses Objekt schon mehrfach gemietet ubd sind immer sehr zufrieden. Vor allem die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter läuft immer sehr gut. Herzlichen Dank für einige wunderschöne Tage.

Hallo Leute,
Wir wurden sehr sehr herzlich von Michael in Empfang genommen. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt.
Das Haus ganz nett. Der Hof zu den Dünen einfach Wahnsinn. Wir haben jeden Morgen draußen gefrühstückt.
Es war sehr sehr ruhig, der Nachbar hatte immer ein Auge auf uns. Nun zum Haus, Gardinen wären schön gewesen, am dritten Tag war das Wasser kalt, es kam kein warmes Wasser aus der Leitung. Das Wasser im Meer war wärmer. Geschlafen haben wir sehr gut. Die Dusche war etwas ekelig, müsste mal wieder erneuert werden. Der Backofen und das Induktionsfeld waren nagelneu. Die Spülmaschine war auch nicht sehr einladend. Neue Sitzkissen für draußen wären auch mal wieder dran.
Statt der abgebildeten Sessel im Wohnzimmer gibt es zwei zusätzliche Lümmelcouchen herrlich...
Merlimont ist in der Nebensaison etwas unbelebt. Berck und Stella Plage sind da ganz das Gegenteil.Le Touquet ist ganz nett, am besten hat uns Le Crotoy gefallen bei D`Opal Baie de Somme( super Radwegenetz).Ein Ausflug nach Montreuil sur Mer sehr lohnenswert. Wenn das Wetter stimmt, sowie bei uns Sonne fast 30C jeden Tag kann man es hier gut aushalten. Bei schlechtem oder durchwachsenen Wetter lieber nicht. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten.
Nochmal würden wir aber nach Le Crotoy fahren.

Herbsturlaub
Bei wunderschönen Wetter haben wir eine Woche in dem Haus mit der traumhaft schönen Lage verbracht. Nach Rückkehr von unseren Ausflügen war es einfach toll im Innenhof mit Blick auf die Dünen zu sitzen.

Uns hat nichts gefehlt, die Lage zu den Dünen ist ein Traum.
Die Terasse hinter dem Haus war ideal zum gemeinsam Essen, lesen und in der 🌞 sitzen

zum 2. und nicht zum letzten Mal
wir waren in diesem Haus schon zum 2. Mal. Die Lage ist einfach ein Traum. Unmittelbar am Wanderweg durch die Dünen und zum Meer.
Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist super und er ist immer erreichbar.
Leider gibt das Sat-TV keine deutschen Sender her, aber wenn man das weiß kann man ja vorsorgen. (Steht hier auch so in der Hausbeschreibung)
Der Garten ist groß genug für unsere 2 kleinen Hunde und wir alle haben eine ruhige Silvesterzeit hier verbracht. Bis zum nächsten mal!
