RAC埃斯佩朗斯度假公園(Rac Esperance Holiday Park)

Saubere Toiletten und gut ausgestattete Küche! Wir haben unseren Platz einen Tag zuvor per Mail gebucht…die Site, welche wir dann erhielten war superklein, aber sauteuer! Dies war unsere teuerste Site, unseres gesamten WA Trips! Achtung: Esperance an und für sich ist sehr kühl und windig!

Sehr schöne Anlage. Unser Häuschen war super. Alles sauber und wir hatten alles, waa wir benötigten. Am Abend kam noch der Eiswagen und an Morgen der Kaffeewagen. Cool

We stayed on our caravan - one of the best parks that I have stayed in. The ease of checking in (all via txt), the site was large and the amenities spotless. Camp kitchen also the largest and had more sinks, cooktops, ovens, bbqs than at any previous camps.

Well located and well appointed facilities. Central to town and surrounds. Villas well appointed, clean, and well designed. Admin staff are helpful and friendly. Walking around the park showed clean and well-designed facilities and communal areas. The property is well maintained and easy to navigate. Not sure if I would tow the van so far for sites which are very close to each other and sandy - better options in Pemberton and Busselton. I was extremely annoyed that the garden retic. system sprayed cars parked in the Villa parking spots - water is very hard and left very bad spotting on the vehicle's paintwork. Required expensive detailing to remove calcium residue. Also, serious attention needs to be given to the villa (No. 5) stove range - dials are loose and it is almost impossible to tell what setting the elements are at, save for "on" and "off".

Great place , great location and service. My only issue was being texted a map with the WIFI password. Because Im on a large roadtrip I'm often out of reception so I'm not going to know I recieved that map until I phone up the friendly staff and they tell me "you've been texted a map." Also I have a terrible phone so being texted a map means I caant read the WIFI password. Is there not a better way I can recieve information then having it texted to me? Maybe it could be snt to me once I get the booking confirmation?

The park itself was really well kept, amenities were all really modern and clean. Interacted with a maintenance staff member who was really friendly. Unfortunately cant say the same for reception. I enquired about extending my stay. I was told it wasnt possible as they were fully booked.....I hadnt even said when i was checking out yet!! Once i told them when i was due to depart, i was once again told it wasnt possible. After letting the staff member know i could see availability online she then said they did have room but only for a tent or campervan. Again, i had not given her any details of my set up. It felt very much like she didnt care to even attemp to help me which is why she didnt ask for details before telling me they were full. She then proceeded to answer a phone call mid conversation even though another staff member was there. At that point i decided to stay somewhere else. Id much rather stay at a smaller park with older amenities and friendly service than here. Service is everything in my opinion. So for the next two nights we finished our stay with several sites around us vacant.....so much for fully booked!

Great park facilities with polite and friendly staff. Very clean and new showers and toilets. The park is large, but the van sites are on the small size. The roads within the park are very narrow. Making it hard to get your van in and out of your bay. There is very little room to park your car within your bay. It was bumper to bumper parking for cars parked across bays at times. One felt pinned in. The above made the park feel overcrowded. Lots of van's with young children up very early riding bikes on the road, yelling and screaming as they do. It was sometimes like a playground and it wasn't even school holidays. We don't have an issue with kids, just when you get allocated a bay between groups of van's with noisy kids. We have stayed at RAC parks before, but we were dissapointed with our stay and won't be back to this park.

Packed park, with unhelpful reception staff unwilling to assist with site change despite sections of the park being empty. Good facilities but pricey. Small sites, no privacy. Someone also misused the dump point causing blockage of the whole ablution building.

It would seem that all the redevelopment has only been exercised at the entry with new offices, playground, swimming pool etc. which gives a good first impression. However this is where the buck stops as the majority of the caravan sites are too small and on dusty gravel surfaces with zero privacy therefore no incentive to sit outside or cook. The ensuite facility was clean and spacious. The sites are in need of a serious upgrade, which the friendly staff agree, however if falls on management's deaf ears!
