羅賓巢飯店(Robyn's Nest Lakeside Resort)

The stay at Robyn's Nest has been one of the highlights of our time in Australia. Beautiful property that sits on the edge of Lake Merimbula and is only minutes away from town by car. Peaceful and serene with stunning views of the lake. We were greeted by kangaroos and a wallaby as we entered, and saw the roos again each evening as we drove out to dine. While the decor isn't modern, it is charming and fits with the location. Room was immaculately clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Suzanne was a marvelous host and was eager to provide local guidance and meet any requests. So glad we chose this location for our stay!

Stayed in a two bedroom cabin overlooking the lake. The cabin was very well appointed. The beds were comfortable. Very serene sitting on the verandah, watching the birds and kangaroos. The sound of bell birds was delightful. There was a barbecue on the verandah too. Plenty of easy walks around the property and the grandson loved the jetty. The resort is close to town and various beaches and attractions around the area. Loved Pambula, the Merimbula main beach and the aquarium. Plenty to see and do, or just relax and enjoy the ambience. Not our first visit and won’t be our last.

Stayed in Room 3 accessed from the guesthouse upstairs balcony. Room spacious, clean, comfortable and fresh flowers a lovely touch. Cooked breakfast currently unavailable (however tea/coffee/milk and toaster available in the room) but stay tuned for interesting updates as Robyn’s Nest has a new owner. Lakeside views from our balcony were the “jewel in the crown” of this relaxing and tranquil accommodation. Thank you to our friendly host Jason, we enjoyed our overnight stay!

We visited the region for business and stayed an extra day for pleasure ... we rented one of the cottages (No. 1) and highly recommend it - it has a direct view over the lake and is quite private. We loved the location, and the accommodation was really comfortable.

Oh my goodness - this place was perfect! So close to Merimbula and yet so peaceful and quiet. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom lovely. The decor and furniture throughout the entire guesthouse is very tasteful. Sitting in our private fernery with a drink in the evening and coffee in the morning was so relaxing - listening to the bellbirds and admiring the breathtaking view of the lake. This is easily accessible and a boardwalk leads to the facilities of Merimbula. Breakfast was delicious and the bed was great too. We will be back!

Was a great heat away. Beautiful place and the views were amazing. Staff were amazing.
