Fabulous stay. Lovely room, view of fields, comfy bed, great shower room. Breakfast was delicious - highly recommend the mushrooms, poached egg cooked perfectly. Very convenient for the NEC, 10 min drive or bus stop just round the corner. Great hosts.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. GB News on the TV in the breakfast room 2 mornings in a row. For that reason alone, you get a bad review and I would never consider setting foot your establishment again.

We had one of the two rooms situated just across the car park from the main house. The room was comfortable and quiet with plenty of room and a good quality shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was freshly prepared and exactly to our choices. I would not hesitate to recommend the Broadwell Guest HOuse to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay especially if attending an event at the NEC.
