希爾頓歡朋套房飯店-默塞德(Hampton Inn & Suites Merced)

It is clean, the service is good, and the location is convenient. However, the room is too old and the breakfast items are too few and too cheap.

Stopped here to break up a road trip. Convenient location next to the freeway. Rooms were quiet, with vehicle sound not an issue. Plenty of parking and a good inclusive selection for breakfast.

Where to begin? Swimming Pool closed, and no prior notice when booking, even though I spoke directly to the property. Specifically booked THIS property for the pool as temps were forecast in triple digits for our entire stay. Not a single working ice machine in the entire building. Television did not work. AC did not work in the first room they put us in, but luckily they were able to move us. Coffee makers in the room, but no cups. Carpets FILTHY! Left our socks black after walking around for just a few minutes. Shower head broken and tub cracked with missing soap holders. The list goes on, but why bother. This is a terribly managed property and I would avoid it at all costs.

Absolute dump!!!! Checked us into the wrong room to start, had a king whirlpool tub reserved and walked into a regular queen room. After getting the right room i walked into a dirty room with used dirty towels, electrical panel for tub was open with exposed wires and plumbing, some of the lights didnt work, thermostat on the wall doesnt link to the actual a/c unit, fridge froze everything we put in, pool and hot tub aren't open and pool doesnt even have water, all ice machines on each floor are all down, the laundry room is down. Everything is broke here and this hampton in is way worse than any motel 6. Absolute dump of a hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!! The manager and owner clearly dont give a poop and just want money.

Obviously we booked through a 3rd party and were unable to cancel upon our arrival but had we been able to, we would have. Upon check in,(3ish) no staff to be found. Took a while to check us in and come to find out, the pool/jacuzzi were out of order die to mechanical issues. it was 110° and the pool would have been nice to use. We were only staying in a hotelas we were in town for a friends Birthday party in the area. We needed to get ready and they didn't have an ironing board for us to use. "Supposedly" the previous guest broke it and they didn't have another in the entire hotel to let us us...

Pool was disgusting. TV had 4 white spots on the screen. Definitely needs new TV. Air conditioning barely worked, no fan in bathroom, shower head went everywhere except where it should go, coffee maker barely worked. Paid extra for king suite......the only positive were the staff. Friendly and welcoming.

The ac didn’t work in the 1st room had to look at 3 different rooms to get one thst worked then the jets in the tub didn’t work in the final room plz the ac there didn’t seem to work every well either
