Owners are crooks! They declined to refund my reservation where I made human mistake and called immediately after to have cxl’d. But owners conveniently didn’t reply until after was too late. Don’t stay this location, especially since it’s dirty + old with “newer” furniture

Very clean and family friendly.

It was 82 degrees in the room. Got there at 5 or 6pm, didn't cool off until after 11pm. There was a huge bump in the floor right in the door, outside bathroom. There were dead gnats in the tub. We didn't request a new room because our friends were next door. We were told on check in that they were having theft and vandalizing issues in their parking lot, especially those who had kias and Hondas. When the first mgr was told he said ok. When we left the manager stated she would check it out. She also stated she would refund one day, but this far that hasn't happened. We normally have a good time in holiday inn, but not this one.

There was no hot water. The water was so cold, no one could shower and we tried multiple different times during our stay.

Clean, quiet, and modern. Spacious rooms. Friendly and available staff. Would have loved a water bottle fill station.

Everything was very good with our stay. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was handicap accessible and the free breakfast had several options.

The property was close to where we needed to be and a good value. Breakfast was not the best I have ever had at a hotel.

The guy working the front desk was extremely rude. My daughters entire soccer team stayed here for our tournament and we all had pizza in the main lobby. The girls had the complimentary hot chocolate after swimming. I asked if they could bring our more as there was only a few in there. He told me no. Yet more was brought out in the morning. My son and daughter wouldn’t agree to share the bed due to fighting so I called down to see 2 extra blankets could be brought up so he could sleep on one and cover up with other one. I was told I had to come down to desk to get it when I was on 3rd floor and when I came down he told me I wasn’t allowed to have two blankets.. so my son had freeze the entire night. I was very unhappy about the customer service. I have never been treated so poorly in a hotel before. At checkin I wasn’t told the time of the pool or that they had breakfast in the morning or the times. I asked what door was closest to park to from my room and he said he didn’t know.
