佩金米爾旅館(The Pecking Mill Inn)

My stay was short arrived late and left early. Room was Clean and as advertised. Staff were friendly and helpful. I only had a toast and tea breakfast by choice but it was very nice and on time. Would definately stay again

Pecking Mill Inn is very quaint and quirky, I received a warm welcome and found it very accommodating, my room was clean and tidy with adequate facilities for showering and making a hot drink. The bed was extremely comfortable and although on a roadside there was no noise from passing traffic. There was ample parking and the food I sampled was delicious. My host was enthusiastic and took time to talk to me and ask me if there was anything additional I required.

Cannot fault the owner or the evening food. Shame the room was very noisy especially the bathroom which was also freezing cold. The room was basic but ok, a tad too hot which contradicted the bathroom. Breakfast was ok - but included in the room rate, the place needs modernisation.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Gluten-free sausage and toast available. The bed was very comfortable

Lovely old pub with rooms in a newer extension, some furniture and fittings dated but adds to the charm and taking into account their rates found it good value. Menu varied with good portions. Good cooked breakfast but would have liked more options. Staff very friendly. Deserves to be better supported. Will be booking for next year.

Absolutely wonderful stay , food was amazing had the sirloin steak and garlic mushrooms which were cooked to perfection , breakfast was wonderful , sausage was amazing , really good value and owner was so helpful and went the extra mile , would highly recommend

Lovely old pub in rural area. Stayed there before 3 years ago and returned because it was good location to visit surrounding area. Very comfortable and friendly a**osphere. Recommended.

Delightful owner and very helpful Went for a run in the morning behind the inn and was great Food was good and reasonably priced Would definitely stay again

The Inn although an older property, the owner absolutely made this one of the best stays I've ever had. His attention to detail and help with any needs from chargers, hair brush, breakfast time, exact food orders was absolutely incredible. If I'm back in this part of the world again, I will definitely stay there not because of the quality of the property and amenities, but the genuine kind person Jeff was to making the stay a very personal experience.
