Très bel hôtel, bien situé dans un charmant village spot splendide. Excellent service super confortable bonne literie prestations à la hauteur et magnifique spa. Petit déjeuner face au lac juste incroyable, personnel plein d'attentions, qui a envie de bien faire. Nous y reviendrons !

Hotel sensacional. Funcionários super atenciosos, quarto lindo (escolhemos com vista para o Lago de Como), café da manhã excelente, restaurante muito bom, SPA sensacional, super bem localizado. Nota 1.000 de conforto e praticidade. Adoramos a estada.

This hotel is outstanding. We had a junior suite over looking the lake. It was a large room and had everything we needed. Staff at the hotel were marvellous. Friendly, helpful and professional they couldn’t have done more for us. The restaurant is fabulous with very high quality dishes served and excellent wine selections. All in all this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. I cannot finish this review without mentioning Lorena who leads the team. She clearly cares about the guests and her team follow her example in delivering exemplary service. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Vor drei Jahren entdeckten wir dieses frisch renovierte und komplett sanierte Hotel am Comer See. Bereits bei unserem ersten Besuch überzeugte die geschmackvolle, hochwertige und moderne Einrichtung gepaart mit der klassischen Eleganz einer historischen Herrschaftsvilla, sowie die Qualität des Personals. Inzwischen besuchen wir dieses Hotel nun zum dritten Mal und was soll ich sagen - es hat sich nichts geändert! Bei diesem Hotel stehen 5 Sterne auch wirklich für 5 Sterne, was heutzutage leider eine Seltenheit ist. Angefangen bei der Einrichtung, der Qualität des Essen - wunderbares, zeitgemäßes (5 „Milchsorten“ etc.) Frühstück, wunderschöner großer, komplett von Starpool eingerichteter Spa-Bereich, schöner Fitnessraum - mit Tageslicht sowie Blick auf den Pool (und nicht wie häufig im Keller) - lädt ein einen morgendlichen Workout zu absolvieren! Reichlich Liegen am Pool mit Freiraum dazwischen - trotz der beachtlichen Hotelgröße kein Gefühl von Massentourismus. Im Restaurant findet man tatsächlich italienische Speisen in hervorragender Qualität auf der Speisekarte - zum Glück, man ist in Italien und nicht in Asien oder Frankreich! Der Dinner wird dabei von wunderschöner Klaviermusik oder Jazz begleitet - ein Traum! Das Personal ist sehr professionell (auch im Restaurant, wo es in vielen Hotels leider häufig dran hapert ), begegnet einem nicht nur mit einem Lächeln, sondern weißt auch wirklich was zu tun ist! Jederzeit hilfsbereit und bemüht für jeden Gast eine maßgeschneiderte Lösung zu finden. Man hat hier tatsächlich das Gefühl die Mitarbeiter haben Spaß an der Arbeit, das sieht man als Gast natürlich auch sehr gern! Toll! Wir möchten uns bei dem Hotelmanagement sowie dem gesamten Personal für diese wundervollen Tage in Euerem Hause bedanken! Wir haben es erneut sehr genossen und kommen ganz bestimmt sehr bald wieder! Non andate. Soprattutto al beach che è brutto dove c’è un baracchino che se prendete un aperitivo vi chiedono se lo bevete a canna o volete un bicchiere… Non troverete parcheggio ma l’albergo ve lo offre a 60€ praticamente una rapina. Assurdo

This was our first time at Lake Como and at the Grand Victoria. We were very pleased with quality of the hotel and the professional service we received from everyone!! The breakfast was excellent and views were incredible! We also tried the spa and were impressed by the indoor pool, sauna, ice, and salt rooms. Highly recommended.

Talk about pretentious. €700 for a room that doesn’t even see the lake - €1,300 for the privilege of seeing the lake which I wasn’t willing to pay. 9 of us had a round of drinks €240!! Our €700 room was average at best. Ok - the place is nice, the staff are lovely but the prices are INSANE. This isn’t Villa d’Este but their prices are. We thought about going to the restaurant here but when they think €34 for a pizza is ok they are wrong.

Ottimo albergo con vista panoramica,camere confortevoli,pranzo ottimo, gestito dal Direttore Rosario, persona gentile, disponibile di grande professionalità (doti un po' rare oggi), collaborato da uno staff molto cortese. Complimenti.

I did not have the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property. I visited the bar on a day trip and was absolutely blown away by the professionalism and welcoming vibes from the bartender. Unfortunately, I did not get his name but I had a couple glasses of excellent wine and made small talk that was both interesting and humorous.
