Well located in the heart of Menaggio, this hotel provides convenient access to the lake como triangle. I am rounding up from four stars because of the hard product, breakfast, location and cleanliness. I will highlight that this price point the service felt a high brow, and while I felt valued as a customer there were a few awkward interactions with staff that made me feel that I was a burden on them. Don't set your expectations for a water view room if you're booking a standard room, the slh integration out of Hyatt into Hilton makes me Think that a one category upgrade will likely be the norm for Hilton diamonds which means a courtyard view. The grounds are immaculately manicured, and the renovation is well executed. No trip here is complete without visiting the spa area which is quite possibly one of the best I've experienced. It's important to remember that lake como is a luxury destination and a five star hotel of this caliber is certainly not a value spot. The breakfast has passion fruit, smoked swordfish and an extensive cheese selection. No complimentary black truffle for breakfast but I left each morning more than satisfaction with the selection. Overall I recommend, but expect steep prices.

Start of the Summer family vacation was very beautiful at the Grand Hotel Victoria. The hotel is a very modern hotel in a very historic building. The staff went out of their way to ensure we felt home anticipating our needs. Food was great every where in the hotel restaurants. The spa was a sanctuary where we received pampering treatments. For sure we will go back again especially to enjoy the Como lake front views.

hotel staff was so accommodating and kind. we stayed here in August 2024 and could not fault the staff. Nothing was too much to ask. The pool was fabulous and the spa was also. Drinks were a bit on the pricey side and so was food however delicious.

Das Engagement aller Mitarbeiter ist überwältigend! Der Empfang beginnt mit der perfekten Übergabe des Fahrzeugs bei der Ankunft durch einen sehr sympathischen Herren! Da fängt der Urlaub auf der Straße schon an. Wirklich ein großes Lob schon für diesen Service! Der weitere Empfang mit Begrüßungsgetränk in fürstlichen Atmosphäre und einem Upgrade für das Doppelzimmer. Herzlichen Dank! Die Zimmer sind wunderbar sauber und die Deko mit Blumen und Sekt besticht! Die Technik und Ausstattung sind auf höchstem Niveau aber die Lichtsteuerung gewöhnungsbedürftig! Nichts für Technikmuffel! Eine gute Einweisung ist erforderlich ansonsten geht der Vorhang auf oder zu wenn man das Licht abschalten möchte. Die Technik funktioniert leider auch nicht immer. Wie Computersteuerungen nunmal so sind, geht das Licht auch nicht aus, wenn der Computer nicht will und so kam es vor, dass der Techniker nach Mitternacht bei der Tochter das Licht am Sicherungskasten ausschalten musste! Auch eine Erfahrung aber keine nette. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr gut aber der Service für unseren Geschmack "too much" Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

All I can say about this hotel is WOW!!! Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in! It is gorgeous, and everything is TOP NOTCH! Customer service is amazing and out of this world. They treat you like Royalty . Grounds are gorgeous, rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Dining is impeccable with amazing food. Spa is breathtaking and so many choices to relax, concierge was perfect and always so accommodating and helpful, transfers drivers were amazing and so sweet! I can’t wait to go back to Como just to stay at this hotel!!! BEST HOTEL EVER!

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hotel Victoria. From the moment we arrived to the hotel, we knew it was going to be a remarkable stay. Grand Hotel Victoria is a boutique property under the Small Luxury Hotel collection and it's definitely a luxury hotel. It's a very classy quiet luxury property where the staff knows your name and welcomes you with a smile, service is top notch and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The location is unbeatable and offers stunning views of Lake Como. Menaggio is a cute town and a great base for all your Lake Como adventures. Every staff member we encountered was very pleasant and accommodating. A special thank you goes to Giulia, Head Concierge, who was incredibly helpful and patient and assisted us with dinner reservations and booking various activities, including a boat tour (which we highly recommend!). She made the experience so memorable and worry-free. The whole concierge team deserves the highest mark! I would be amiss if I didn't mention Lorena, Room Division Manager, for welcoming us and making sure we were having a great time. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property!
