Only thing is stairs are kinda steap up to second bedroom. Other than that its a very nice place.

overall nice place and reasonable price, parking could be better. Management checks on your stay while you are there. Property & yard is clean .

Extremely comfortable, impeccably clean, very roomy. . We loved the place and the security measures. The property owner was very easy to communicate with, accommodating and helpful! There was a lot of music late into the night beyond the control of the property. Very nice stay!

I found this property to be very cozy and relaxing. I had everything I needed and the place was very clean. Didn't like the parking because I have a big truck so parking was a bit rough in the parking lot. The property provided me with what I needed so I never had to contact the property manager.

I got in late and wasn't expecting it to look more like a small apar**ent complex instead of a more traditional hotel/ motel so I had a little bit of a hard time finding the place. Interior was not fancy, but had so many comforts of home it was nice. Once I saw outside in the daylight i was very pleased. If i was going to Memphis again, especially for a slightly longer stay i would stay there again.

The space was clean and had lots of historic charm. The sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable but no more than any sofa bed. Apar**ent area is secured by a gate, and has nice spaces to sit outside. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. About a 10 minute uber ride or drive to downtown. There's a good Mexican restaurant around the corner called Frida's. Will stay here again.

Instructions were clear, apar**ent comfortable and well -appointed. Noise from neighbors as expected given the stairs just outside the door but overall a very pleasant stay!
