This place was perfect in almost every way, but places that don’t have laundry irk me. That should be a main feature of a big city hotel. Other then that a good place to stay.

My first visit was pleasant. On my second visit things appeared more chaotic. My room needed to be renovated as the previous room. Somethings in the room appeared not to work properly. Other than that, I would recommend it to a solo traveler.

Not what we are used to for a Hampton Inn. Don’t mind paying more but was very disappointed with this one. We were told that it is the oldest one and the rooms are small. Could barely walk around the end of the beds. Ended up switching rooms. First room had rust all over the lamp.

Well my stay was OK until I asked for fresh bath towels and I did not receive them. They don't clean your room everyday unless you request it. If you want fresh towels, they tell you to call or come to front desk and ask for them. I went to the front desk and asked for towel and did not get them.

We have not been allowed to check in. They lied to us and said there was no running water. We used the facilities in the lobby. We waited an hour and our room wasn't ready. They said they may not have a room for us.
