The space This two story refuge is a one of a kind. It is located in the center of all of what Memphis has to offer. Upstairs 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds and plenty of closet space. Awaken to your favorite tune on our Alexa systems located in each room. 2 bathrooms and full kitchen equipped with necessary cookware, dishes and Silverware. Dishwasher, washer and dryer, refrigerator, balcony and balcony furniture. Downstairs TV room displays a beautiful glass rock fireplace and surround sound, full bathroom, kitchen, and stand up arcade. Guest access You will have access to 3 parking spots, large rustic backyard, and stylish balcony. Other things to note This home is located off a bustling Boulevard that will require you to keep both eyes open while entering or existing the driveway.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Cleaning fee is for general cleaning only.
