Didn't stay due to injury-unable to walk or drive. Were told if they could re sell the rooms paid for up front, we could get refund. When they appeared unavailable on website were told they had not re sold them yet, then shortly after that they had been delisted. It's either one or the other. If there had been misunderstanding,why not say so,and issue apology (however disingenuous or as formality)-. This is the bit my complaint is really about. Also told if we rebooked again they MAY offer a refund. If intending to do this ,why not be more definate?, Why not just be honest.?
