Bellissima location moderna e ricca di confort. Purtroppo in camera hai una bellissima macchina caffè nespresso ma con solo 4 capsule .. non ne hai altre a disposizione quindi sappile sfruttare al meglio durante il tuo soggiorno ! Colazione super ! Piscine da sogno! La zona vip molto silenziosa ma con le stesse caratteristiche della zona comune. La zona esterna è cosparsa di letti balinesi molto belli e comodi ma purtroppo sono a pagamento ! Complessivamente soggiorno da sogno assicurato !

Lovely holiday at delightful hotel Had fab room overlooking golf course with own sun loungers (408) Beautiful modern room with the biggest monsoon shower ever seen Breakfast fab served by the pool Lunch also available there. Great choice and price Dinner half board only thing that let it down. Served inthe Atlantico restaurant in a separate section at the back of this lovely restaurant and a very mediocre selection of uninspired dishes. Ate there a la carte on another evening and that was fab, totally different experience ! Rooms lovely and clean and chocolates left on pillow some days - nice touch. Shane water tea bags and coffee weren’t replenished once used Pool fantastic and spa lovely and staff friendly All in all would recommend !

Just had a week at club vista serena and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was excellent and exceptionally clean. We had a first floor apartment, the patio area was great to just relax, it had a sun shade which was a bonus! The pool area was very clean and well maintained. The Venice Pool bar is also excellent and reasonably priced, the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The food is fantastic! All the staff at club vista serena were most welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The apartment was cleaned daily. I really can't think of anything negative about club vista serena. I would definitely return without hesitation.

酒店非常認真地執行下午三點入住政策令人印象深刻。給我的房間是最右邊的一間，我要在酒店走很多路 因為這是一個巨大的酒店。還有二段樓梯。前台沒看見我拿着巨大的行李箱？很高興他可能認為我是年輕人。前台的幾位先生還是很熱情的。房間也夠大。酒店位置也可以，步行去英人海灘大約15分鐘左右，酒店沒有停車場，需要停馬路邊，早餐很豐盛。

Such a brilliant hotel!! All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They made such a fuss of your toddler Harri. The entertainment staff were always so friendly and chatty especially maria and oriana who were great with harri and always trying to involve him. The food was superb. Always a great range of food and always fresh. Defo coming back again!

＞Great, Immaculately clean, modern with lovey staff, good location. Recently (in the last year?) refurbished so everything is CLEAN and Modern. Both Rooms and grounds (inc neat AstroTurf that was very clean and slip free!) Table and chairs outside your door semi-private (some rooms surround the pool) Sunchairs around the pool (but still some 'towel savers' occurred-BAD!!) Big Warm proper swimming pool Big bedroom with mini fridge, Big clean bathroom with double walk in shower, very Hot and powerful water (rain and wand in the shower). Both rooms were modern, clean and fresh. White all round. Good comfortable (double) twin beds Very efficient air conditioning Big double wardrobe for hanging with hangers provided Kettle and Cups (some coffee pods upon arrival) Powerful Hairdryer Room was cleaned every day to a high standard (hang request tag on door) Grounds were cleaned every day ALL staff smiley and happy Reception staff said hello and acknowledged EVERY time, and were VERY helpful. Good, Quiet location Adults only resort so was quiet and peaceful why the minus -1 The safe is Three Euros PER DAY to hire (Expensive cost over two weeks -bad impression). The walk in shower needs a water lip, but the floor towel stops the trickle of water Sly News is the only British speaking TV channel (dozens of German!) Interconnect door (between adjoining apartments) whilst key locked it would be assuring to see a physical bolt lock on the door. Wifi was free and worked (eventually with help of the staff!) but was a very over complicated way to sign in ＞Sunbeds around the pool were' blocked' by the usual anti-social towel hogs - these SHOULD be removed by staff as there are not enough sunbeds on a sunny day. SUMMARY: The rooms and complex were on par with Four Star hotels we've stayed in Remove the silly little things (safe hire Fee, Retune the TV etc, stop sunbed blocking) and this would be a straight 100% tip; do not book with ******* as their fee does not include breakfast WOULD recommend to stay again :-)

訪訪客用戶Great location but the hotel is too dark, and lacks any atmosphere. There is no information pack or anything in the room that explains about the hotel and what is available and I thought this was very poor for a so called 5 star hotel and I have never experienced this before. The de luxe double room, although a decent size is a terrible design - you go to the seperate toilet (next to a great shower room)and then you have to go to the sink, which is in the middle of the room by the wardrobes. How unhygienic is this!! Despite paying over £3000 for a 7 day holiday, this hotel charges you for the large four poster style beds by the pool if you use them and if you use the roof top beds and infinity pools, that will also cost you 50 euros per day. They had an A la Cart menu in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner but this was very poor. 4 times in seven days they had no Advocardo’s. Twice I asked the chef at the buffet counter what the fish was and he did not know. Signage at the buffet counters is very poor - these were often mixed up or not there at all. If you have a severe nut allergy this hotel is not for you. They have a dress code in the restaurant in the evenings, but this is not in force, as there were many occasions where men were allowed in wearing shorts….so no dress code at all! They have a decent sized gym, but it’s right next to the smoking area. Smoking is not permitted in the bedroom and balconies we were told yet nearly every evening we could smell cigarette smoke if we left our balcony door open. Complained but no action was taken. As far as I can tell by reading all the reviews for this hotel, some of the complaints that I have made have been made by other people, so the company is clearly not acting on these. This is why I have only given them 2 stars, which is very poor for such a great location. Change of management needed clearly!

NNancylovesyann昨天剛到當時選酒店舉棋不定最後想着這個先定三天，本來是要帶娃的臨行前果斷決定還是自己來，因為日內瓦飛來要四個小時有點久害怕飛機上搞不定他[笑哭R][笑哭R]j酒店半包，就說要自己付錢一般早飯吃的晚一點午飯也不用吃了[點贊R]感謝酒店把我的房間升級了，讓我擁有了自己巴掌大的一個小泳池。這個酒店有兩個大泳池還有一個孩子的泳池，酒店不大綠化很好看起來很乾凈。三個餐廳，自助餐，西班牙餐廳和一個融合菜餐廳。自助餐不用預定，其他兩個都要提前預定但是也是免費的。酒店後門刷房卡就可以直達海邊特別方便，也可以去海邊走走，都是餐廳 酒吧和店鋪，可以想象旺季的時候會有多熱鬧。而且這條街好長最起碼可以走40➕分鐘邊走邊逛，此吃喝喝一路。路邊都是五星酒店，可以看到其他酒店的泳池和餐廳，準備接下來再換個酒店住住[笑哭R]c吃的東西還不錯，比起瑞士還是很划算的，而且味道也好，我也知足了[笑哭R]check-in的時候前台也會給地圖，想去交通也都是蠻方便的[加油R]z總體來說還不錯挺推薦的[okR]

Just returned after our 6th visit, on the whole had another great holiday, lovely to meet up again with returning guests from Germany, UK, etc Food was superb once again as was the service in the Magnolia Restaurant, bars & pool service, not forgetting Martin entertaining us as usual! Entertainment good especially the excellent Centennial! Must just mention the hard working Gardeners who keep the grounds looking beautiful, they are a credit! A point I must mention is RIU relaxation of the dress code in the evening allowing men to wear shorts in the restaurant, this is fine if they are tailored shorts but people were wearing pool shorts etc this isn’t acceptable for a 5 star hotel, please take note RIU! All in all thanks to everyone, looking forward to our next visit.

Ccorrinas670Personally I feel its the best in the area. Just back from a week spent with my Mum on a much needed break. This was our third visit to LVC & yes some things have changed a little but the body of what the hotel is has still very much being kept at the heart. The staff from our check in to our service at breakfast to our house cleaning could not have done anything more to make us feel welcomed. Nothing was too much. We stayed in a Unique room which in my opinion is worth every penny for the extra comforts. Picked up from the airport by private transfer with return. Tea & Coffee making facilities in room, four bottled water daily. Breakfast served inside our out. Which was always freshly prepared & piping hot when it got to our table. We didn't make much use of the private bathing area for Unique guests as we found the sun didn't hit the whole area until mid afternoon. We did part take of the drinks & nibbles available in the Unique lounge do as a welcome respite from the sun mid day. We also were given a voucher for a treatment in the spa but we enjoyed being out too much to go inside. The hotel is spotlessly clean in every corner & there was always sunbeds available around pool. There used to be staff keeping towels off beds until 10am which seems to have being abandoned. It has being said before staff numbers have being greatly reduced in comparison to last we visited. We did not come across anything cause for concern over this other than staff at the unique area at times were quite literally running to keep up. It may be worth considering given some more staff to this area for waiting at breakfast. The only other change we noticed was that you no longer are allowed to bring your coffee/tea out to the plaza after breakfast. I do feel this was a bit of shame on all guests because it gave the area some atmosphere. Now once breakfast was finished it became lonely looking. Such a beautiful area not being used for its best intention. It does host the entertainment at night do. The other new facility is the downloadable app. All hotel information can be found on it & you also have to book any of the restaurants through it. Staff again were more than happy to help assist when we just rocked up for lunch & then were told we had to book through app first. I can imagine people of a certain vintage & not using smart phones could find this a little off putting. We ate in the Alpendre restaurant & found it to have good choice on the menu & very reasonable on pricing. We also used room service a couple of times after our later arrival it was welcomed & the food was delish. Because of this we used it again but felt very let down by same dishes reordered did not have the same quality or finesse of previous service. I understand different chefs but basics should be kept in place. Having said that on our last day we secured a late check out (6pm) for nominal fee which was just fantastic & again ordered food before our trip home & again food was delish!

The area is upmarket and by far one of the best beaches in the world, super clean and huge... plenty of restaurants to suit all budgets, shops, and the surrounding area is well maintained, beautifully landscaped and isn't built up like some of the neighbouring resorts. There is an abundance of bars, beach bars, late night coffee shops. restaurants, and high-end designer shops. The apartments are well-maintained, and have everything you need for a delightful stay. The grounds are unique, beautiful and very peaceful and tranquil, and are very well-maintained. There is a road outside, but it carries little traffic and was never a problem in terms of noise) I thought we might have problems with insects, but we were unaffected throughout our entire stay. Plus I didn't see one cockroach inside our apartment or within the grounds, which I have had problems with before in other hotels within the same area. The windows do not have insect screen, although we left the window fully open most nights and had no issues. The Aircon is 10 euros per day. During our stay all the apartments were in use, however, it was never crowded and often we had the entire grounds to ourselves some days. However, the only letdown would be... that there are no curtains in the living room/kitchen area and therefore guests can appear straight into your accommodation, if you leave the bathroom door open on the first floor, guests can also see straight in while showering. - Not an issue, just remember to close the door. The grounds are safe, and ideal for families with small children, the gates lock and there are also safety gates to enter the pool. The grounds attract lots of small tropical birds which was great, and I even saw a few hedgehogs some mornings. The pool is ideal for dipping, many have said that the pool was small although it's not huge, but it's not super small either. The vibe is very chilled and quite... relaxing. And it's beautifully lit up in the evenings. In terms of crowd, it was very mixed... families, groups, couples, and LGBTQ-friendly. - All ages. The lower ground floor rooms, are well-shaded with plants and offer more privacy and direct access into the garden area. Room 109 is a private separate bungalow set in the grounds, with a private terrace that is hidden with a vast array of plants. For those that are wheelchair friendly, I'm going to sadly say No... Steps to enter the pool, steps to enter the garden and including all higher floors, the bathroom is not fully fitted for wheelchair use, nor are the kitchens. The showers would not be unstable to fit a wheelchair. - Although your better option would be to contact the hotel and ask for room 109 as this is situated directly in the gardens, with a path from the main entrance. While some of the lower ground rooms are at street level. ( although there are steps leading into the gardens front the front terrace, but it's
