拉克飯店(Lac Hotel)

Servizio impeccabile e cibo delizioso. Location fantastica,personale gentile e disponibile. Se posso dare solo una raccomandazione sarebbe quella di avere luci meno intense in sala per creare un'a**sofera più rilassante e accogliente.

Stanze abbastanza piccole ma vista da sogno. Sembra di dormire sospesi sul lago. Qualche difficoltà (risolta) per parcheggiare. Colazione sul meraviglioso terrazzino ammirando il lago con i suoi cigni.

The Lac Hotel is fine hotel in an area that has plenty of charm and vistas to look at, but pricing can be acceptable to astronomic. We spent one overnight enroute to points south. It was conducive to where we needed to be and offered an overnight in a peaceful beautiful area. The price point was a tad on the high side but for the area you would be hard pressed to stay someplace less expensive with a view. The good points: a beautiful view even with rain and fog; room was tasteful albeit small; it had a mini fridge with complimentary soft drinks--nice touch; breafast was ok noting special but not awful as some other reviews, they do tend to go a little on the cheaper side with breakfast but it was sufficient. The not so good points: Parking. There is six spots and then you will need to walk about five minutes to the closest public outdoor spot--not horrible until it is raining; The bed had to be one of the worst beds I have slept in. If you like extra firm, you will love the bed. Honestly, they should just invest in a memory foam mattress topper or something. It spoiled an otherwise very pleasant stay. Overall, would likely stay again but would probably look in the area before booking.

The view from the queen suite was wonderful. The room and hotel were very clean. I was disappointed about the breakfast. The restaurant is almost Michelin nivo which is a big contrast to the breakfast. No eggs, ham was half frozen. One kind of bread and different pasteries. Coffee was from a huge koffiemachine. Speaking of coffee, we appreciate coffee in our room. Now nothing no Nespresso no watercooker nor that guests are offered coffee from the restaurant. In other hotels there is nothing in the room due to Covid but offered at the reception(tip). The wooden floor in our room was loose and came up in several places. The rooms were also not isolated so we could hear everything happening in and outside the hotel. When we stayed a few years ago there was a waterbicycle which we used, unfortunately not there anymore.

The Restaurant might be great (haven't tried it) but the hotel is a complete disappoin**ent. Room was tiny but clean. General facilities of the hotel however could use a proper cleaning session Duck-droppings,food-rest on the floor etc on terrasse weren't cleaned for 2days. Breakfast is an insult: industrial "ham", "cheese" and fruit that must come from the cheapest discounter. Beverages are from selfservice machine that is even lower quality than any trainstation selecta-machine. Staff lazy: we asked for croissants-basket to be refilled 40min before breakfast-time was over an got the answer that wasnt possible because it takes 20min to make new ones...cake-plate was empty and not refilled again. They run out of cuttlery and didnt bother filling-up until one asked twice. I wonder how a class-cuisine can accept such bad breakfast under the same roof? Receptionstaff unfriendly, even unpolite at times.

Établissement magnifique, les pieds dans l’eau. Tout près de Lugano mais suffisamment à l’écart pour un séjour en tranquillité. Les chambres sont confortables et bien décorées. Le personnel est très accueillant, gentil et bienveillant. Ne ratez pas l’occasion de manger dans le restaurant de l’hôtel : tout juste incroyable !!! Nourriture délicieuse et plats généraux. Nous avons hâte de retourner ici. Plus que conseillé !!!

Wir haben 2 Nächte im Lac Hotel Melide verbracht. Die Gegend ist perfekt für Wanderausflüge nach Morcote, Carona etc. Melide ist gut angebunden und Lugano nur 7 Min mit dem Zug entfernt. Der Service im Hotel war ausgezeichnet, alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. Wir haben gute Tipps und Rabatte für Ausflüge bekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut- tolle Brötchen und leckere Auswahl am Büffet und man kann bei guten Wetter direkt am Wasser sitzen. Rundum waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden und gerührt von der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
