房間有一股特殊人工味的香氣，空間還算大。地點離市中心稍微邊緣，但離維多利亞市場近。配有雙口明火爐，不過我們入住的期間，有一口火打不起來，有跟櫃檯報修但也沒修好。 旅館內有附設洗烘衣機，也有泳池、健身房。泳池我們入住期間，每天都有很多小孩。

酒店公寓的位置在CBD，去電車站走路5分鐘，套間比較適合家庭出遊，除了沒有配備洗衣機其它設施還是齊全的，但是洗衣機也應該是酒店公寓的基本配置呀。衞生方面就不敢説好了，用床單包裹着被套，輕輕一動床單就滑落裏面的被子芯露出來，，黃黃的油油的，應該是沒有洗過，實在是太臟了。希望酒店能有所改進。

户型2個人住 足夠 就是廚房設備比較欠缺一點 沒有洗碗機 沒有洗衣機和烘乾機 整體比較老舊一些 但是價格也是相對便宜一點 優點是 位置十分的好

位置非常的方便、附近有很多吃的、樓下也有停車場。 就是房間比較小、而且比較老舊一些、沒有洗衣機，相比其他澳洲公寓差了一些、勝在位置和性價比。

房間挺大，位置很好，離免費電車走路3分鐘，熱水好，房間安靜，早餐很好，按金100澳元衹能刷信用卡，回來一週了還沒有退還按金，房間有廚房設備鍋碗瓢盆，燃氣灶，電磁爐，自己做飯很方便

酒店給的房間直接超出預期，廚房提供的平底鍋、各種餐具也非常乾淨整潔，床也非常舒服，就是燈光有些暗，總之無論出行還是做飯都非常方便，200米就有維媽市場，食材多樣豐富且實惠

換到兩卧室房間了，前台雖然不會中文但還是非常友好的給了高樓層房間，更有家的感覺了，客廳寬敞，可以煮飯了，開心

酒店位於市中心， 交通相當方便，房間尚算企理和衛生，房間面積夠闊落，其性價比算不錯。

家庭親子出行比較適宜，廚房用品齊全。不足是高層，第一天入住就一大早趕上火警廣播下樓，等順着樓梯從22層走到樓下，就被告知警報解除。

這個公寓式酒店在墨爾本CBD來講具有一定的性價比，主要是這個酒店房間面積相對較大，管理相對正規，早餐的性價比一般。

酒店環境好，房間大，全屋超級大，設備齊全，遊泳池有健身室，非常舒服，好適合一家人住，下次嚟澳洲一定在住這間酒店.

這個酒店離市中心很近，比較乾淨，可以做飯，但油和調料要自己買，門口有超市。服務熱情。下次還可以住

房間很舒適，廚具俱全，斜對面就有亞洲食物超市，做飯方便，電車區，附近很多中餐館，游泳池不錯，如果有洗衣機更好

飛馬酒店的地點也是位居CBD 的中心範圍內 到墨爾本中心地鐵站大概 7-800公尺 ， 購物逛街、吃飯都相當便利👏👏👏 自費早餐還不錯 $580一位

如果能夠步行的話，酒店位置是可以的，市中心步行約20至30分鐘可以到達各個景點。 房間各樣設施齊備，最驚喜是有明火的爐頭，可以煮食。 我的房間對着對面大廈的房間，而且距離十分之近，因此全程不能開窗簾，但對於整天外出的旅客來說是沒有太大影響。 浴室水壓可以，但沒有蓮蓬，如果是小孩子的話洗澡比較困難。另外床舖好睡，只是沒有床單和被袋，只用一張活動式的布隔着被和床褥，所以睡了一會就會完全移位。
