Nice hotel a long St Kilda’s! Close to the local trams that take you into the city and the beach. Will come back again.

I hated this place. Numerous problems apparent just before 8.00pm, but reception had closed and the afterhours “service” was bith arrogant and non-helpful. A shocking experience necessitating miving to another hotel. If anything goes wrong after 7.00pm here, you are on tour iwn to try and resolve.

Great location, large room that was well fitted out. the bathroom needed a renovation but was large and functional and very clean.Staff very helpful.
right near a tram stop to take you to the city or beach.
Albert park only 1 block away to enjoy

Very helpful staff. One bedroom apar**ent was large. Place very clean. Bathroom a bit dated. But overall comfortable and quiet. Quick walk or 2 tram stops to intersection for Alfred Hospital . Best value in price for this size apar**ent in area. Would stay here again

We found staff very welcoming and pleasant. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The cafe downstairs was a bonus.
We like to walk so we liked the location as we could walk to Southbank, CBD, St Kilda and managed to explore and stay heatlhy at same time! The tram is virtually outside your door otherwise!

It was a good location. Paid parking onsite for a smaller car only as it is very tight. It was good for a short stay for a couple. Poor venting in bathroom leads to some mould around. Very high step up into the tub/shower.
