Holiday Inn 墨爾本韋奇立會議CTR(Holiday Inn Melbourne-Viera Conference Ctr)

這不是廣告宣傳的改建設施，除非我們得到三流房間。浴缸的排水管生鏽了，淋浴噴了一半的水，另一半的水從浴缸的水龍頭里流了出來。水槽沒有排水蓋。房間裡的一切都感覺很舊而且用過。非常不舒服的住宿。

Fantastic staff, unfortunately the hotel is in desperate of some deep cleaning. The carpet is old dirty and needs to be replaced, including rooms lobby and corridors The hotel exterior very much is need of a power wash and new coat of paint, landscaping is very poor and parking lot is in need of repair. Standing outside looking towards the lobby you can see just how dirty the windows are, especially on the left side of the sliding doors. A little soap and water could solve that problem. Elevator floor was very dirty, I don't think is was ever cleaned during my 2 day stay. Chuck the front desk agent was amazing, what excellent service. All of the hotel staff was just great, That's the only reason I would return to this property.

Not very modern hotel

It was a great experience. Very calm and relaxing stay. I definitely enjoyed my time here.

My jacket was lost, from our room after we changed rooms because out our window was a noisy air conditioning unit and bright lights. Unfortunately the blackout shades do not close. I accidentally left my Jean jacket there. I noticed that I didn’t have my jacket in the new room, when I went to the front desk to ask if it was turned in….. now turn it in. Dissatisfied.. the manager said he would contact me before I left with or without good new…… he never did. I’m very dissatified

Room smelt musty and like cigarettes, shower didn’t drain and was mildewy with tiles falling off walls. We stayed for a week and our room was never cleaned, had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper… or I just washed them myself. The jetted tub in our king suite smelled moldy too. I also found it a little ridiculous that breakfast wasn’t included in the stay, after paying 1500 for the week. Only upside was it was convenient to the ballpark we attended every day

Good: I did like, and very much appreciated the fact that this hotel assisted with salvaging our Family Reunion which could have been Up-ended because the original location had an Air-Conditioning failure and this Hotel agreed to provide a space for us to meet on only two days notice. Bad: All the rooms on the 2nd floor had Terrible Mold odor, I mean we could not even walk 2 feet into the room it was sooo bad. Not sure why they even send folk to those rooms because everyone just marches back down to the front-desk and are promptly given a room on another floor.
